Gavin's mother brought him here and told her to throw Jr in the chair to get a haircut ,too in hopes he wouldn't fight her. It came out so precise and clean that he loves the way he looks. Andrea, the owner, does a meticulous job cutting hair, then washing it afterwards. She spent a good 40 minutes cutting and washing my kid's hair. Pretty rare in this town. When I walked in I was asked if I needed to use the restroom and then someone had walked into the restroom so I was told to sit down in the front. In the package it says to arrive 30 minutes early to enjoy mimosas and sweet treats. I did not get taken back to the relaxation room until I stood up and said something. They were too busy chit chatting than worrying about their customer. Finally I was taken back to the relaxation room about 10 minutes before my massage. When I walked in I was shocked they had camper chair for us to sit in, in a so called "relaxation" room. I literally had to chug down my drink and sweet treats before my massage. Finally the massage. ABSOLUTE worst massage I've ever received. The lady spent more time putting the mint oil infront of my nose than actually massage my neck and shoulders, which was literally suffocating. I was also told that hot stone would be included. I had maybe 5 minutes of hot stone on my back and then another 5 minutes of her massaging my back. I'm carrying around a newborn and toddler all day so that was extremely upsetting. My husband booked this massage as a postpartum gift since I just went through an emergency c section and he just wanted me to have a day of relaxation. I left there extremely upset and frustrated instead of feeling good. I ended up leaving a review that night which I've never left a review in my life. And then they replied and was told in the reply if I was open to it they'd like to discuss this further. I called the spa 3 times and the first time I called I was told I would probably just get a refund and that I would be getting a call back. Every other time I called I was given the runaround and told I would be getting a call back. Finally this morning I called and spoke with the owner. The owner was not nice at all and told me because I left a review she will not be giving me any type of compensation. She literally said that because I left a review for the public to see she will not be helping me. I didn't know that I wasn't entitled to leave a review of my experience and because I did I will not be helped. Absolute insanity. Worst customer service and WORST "spa" I've ever been to. Stay away from this horrid place.

She got me checked in and I waited three minutes for Alex. She cuts good hair! Bangs are banging and my hair feels great. During my cut, three other girls were taking down Christmas decorations and sweeping and mopping. Music is nice. Smiles all around, for the most part. It's not an over the top friendly place (no hugs or fake conversations) but it's not cold or depressing or uncomfortable. Just the way I like it. I'll be back in two weeks for a bang trim. Thanks !

I held this establishment in high regard and trusted them completely. Unfortunately, today that relationship was entirely broken.Due to an unforeseen emergency, I was running 14 minutes behind. I called while on my way to give them a heads-up. Despite my years of loyalty, I was rigidly told that because of a 10-minute late policy, I would be turned away because they were slammed for the 4th of July holiday. I even offered to skip my blow-dry to make up for the 4 minutes, but was told my stylist Grace was already overbooked.I was literally moments from pulling into the parking lot, begging to be seen, and was still turned away. Turning away a client who frequents your business every three weeks over a matter of four minutes--especially when a compromise was offered--shows a complete lack of integrity and customer appreciation. It is tasteful business practice to value relationships over rigid booking windows. Because my loyalty was not acknowledged, I have canceled all of my upcoming appointments for the next several months and will not be returning.
