This 2014 gallery is owned by Florida potter Martin Cushman & Janet Crane, an art jeweler. One-of-a-kind pieces are brought to you by not only (1) Cushman & (2) Crane, but twelve additional local artisans. (3) Kaye Burlason is a master basket maker who incorporates shells & wood carvings into her pieces. (4) Cathy Berse is a landscape artist who uses oils on canvas; she also paints in watercolor. This multitalented woman also creates jewelry using sterling silver & gold filled wire-- with natural stone, glass, ceramics & shells. (5) Maurice Callihan offers stained glass pieces that encompass a combination of realism & abstraction. (6) Richard Colvin brings his contemporary & traditional paintings to the gallery, while (7) Susan Grogan's watercolors grace the walls. (8) Jennifer Harper provides "relief printmaking" on linoleum, scratch board & wood. Tyson has turntables, cassette and CD players, band wall banners and tees, sports jerseys and hats available for purchase as well. I'm surprised this store hasn't been recognized on Yelp sooner and I am glad to support them by adding them to stores located in Eustis. Long story short... I sent my tractor to Crystal to inspect my rotary cutter and PTO after a little…read more"accident" that I had while cutting my pasture. While it was in the shop, one of the technicians noticed that it still had the factory installed filters on it, and I was asked if I wanted the 50 hour service performed. The only problem? The tractor had been in about six months ago for that service. After some detective work, Jeff, the service manager got back to me and admitted that the tractor had somehow been sent back to me without the service being performed. Brian, the store manager, also called and spoke with me, taking full ownership of the mistake and informing me that in order to make amends there would be no charge for the rotary cutter service or the tractor transport fee. The 50 hour service would also be expedited and the tractor would be returned to me the following day. Mistakes happen, but for the folks at Crystal to step up, take responsibility and fix the problem is a refreshing departure from other experiences that I have had in similar situations. Kudos to the staff at Crystal, they have definitely earned my continuing loyalty.
