She gave me a bid. Two girls were scheduled to come to my home every two weeks. At first I had to go over their work as they left my granited counter tops with a sticky and filmy residue. They also used one bucket of water to mop about 3500 sq ft of home. I wondered why my floors looked dirty. I caught it when I saw the black water when they started in on my dining room and told them to change bucket water for every room that needed mopping. Overall the cleaners were below average however they did go back and correct the issues that I had. If you aren't picky about surface cleaning you would be okay with them. Certainly not as advertised. I did notify Amy about my dissatisfaction but that I was willing to work with them as I understand each client has their own quirks. The cleaners did improve. After 3 cleanings Amy raised my rate by 65 because it was taking them longer to clean however the following week they were back at the 2 hours. I did substitute a room which took far less time for them. I used them for about 4 months. As a business owner customer service is paramount​. I feel the advertising should match the service and in this case it did not. Their rates are high (540 per month) for 4.33 hours per month, which I did not mind paying if the work was done to match the level of pay. Not a good value for the quality of work received

I got a groupon for $60 for 4 man-hours of cleaning (maybe that was my problem). It wasn't even worth the discounted price I paid because much of my house is still dirty. I found them stopped talking a couple times, which would have been fine if they didn't work slowly anyway. I have a 3000 sf house, exactly 1000 sf on each level. I told them not to worry about the basement and not to touch the stove (ours is hard to clean). I also said not to worry about vacuuming since I needed to clean the ceiling fan and would have to vacuum again anyway. They did vacuum though. When I heard the vacuum, I decided not to remind them since it would only take a few minutes. It took longer than it should have. They did the whole main level (1 half bathroom, kitchen, dining, 2 living areas) and an upstairs bathroom and the sink of a third bathroom. That's barely over a 1000 sf in 4 hours! They didn't do windows, baseboards, ceiling fans, oven, smudges on doors, vacuuming stairs, etc. They did a good job on what they got to. It wasn't a deep cleaning though. I have had a different cleaning service come before, and it has taken four hours to deep clean everything (except the basement) even when my house was very dirty. This time, my house was not that dirty (it wasn't that clean either). They were nice and professional, and they seem honest as well. They are not a $25/ hour cleaning service in my opinion though.
