Terrible service! was supposed to get a refund! I NEVER did! Dishonest! Please don't use this company for your carpet care!

The absolute worst. Paid twice what I was expecting, because I was sold on the supposed extra steps with vacuuming first. They didn't treat pet stains, don't even offer an enzyme treatment. Tried to say they have a better approach. Not so. I ended up buying a $99 carpet shampooer from Walmart and it pulled up buckets of dirt after King had supposedly cleaned my carpets. Other concerns as well, but keeping the review focused on the carpet cleaning, or lack thereof. read more

I recently moved into a house where the previous owners had a dog. They said that they shampooed the carpets but they smelled like dirty dog. I am allergic to dogs, so I had to hire someone to professionally clean the carpets ASAP. I was excited to find King Organic Carpet Care because I didn't want to replace the dog smell with chemicals. I spoke with someone at the company beforehand and he explained their proceeds for cleaning the carpets. They did a very thorough job and completely removed the dog odor. I found Shane's company on the Troubleshooter website and he was great to work with on the tile floor job at my house. He was here for a couple of hours and turned my tile floor back into its original condition. He was kind to my dogs even though one jumped up on him and just a great all around guy who cares about his work along with his customers. Carpet looks great! I wanted an Organic carpet cleaner, but also didn't want to not get the same deep clean. Before King Organic come to clean our carpets, my wife was saying, "I think we need new Carpets", not something I wanted to pay for. Then Shane King came to our home to clean our carpets, after we had some remodeling done and had dust everywhere, and our allergies were going crazy. When he was done, not only did we feel MUCH better because the dust was gone, but we also felt like we didn't need to replace our carpet, it looked good again. I had found Shane on our neighborhood website and we just tried him out this weekend. He was great! He was easy to work with for scheduling, honest and did an awesome job on our carpets. He uses an organic mixture, orange oil I think with baking soda.. not sure of all the details. The result, beautiful carpets, stains came out and most importantly they carpet doesn't stink and we nor our pets had any allergic reaction. When we bought our house they had the carpets cleaned and the toxins made my husband extremely sick. We were not even sure we'd ever clean them again before we put in some other flooring.
