He was very thorough and gave us advice for a 3rd bedroom that we'll need to replace the carpet. We already planned to do a second cleaning in 3-4 weeks and will be looking at adding additional services at that time. We have used Premier Carpet Cleaners to clean wall to wall carpet and area rugs in our home for many many years. They are always professional and do an amazing job. This time, they cleaned the wall to wall old, but high quality carpet in our rental town house. There were food stains and wear patterns and our tenants had hired another company to clean the carpets when they moved out. The other company did a very subpar job, so we called Wes at Premier and in about two hours, he had the carpets looking almost like new. So very impressed with this service, but especially with their certified technician, Daniel Reed. Daniel was respectful, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure my new home was move in ready. The previous owners had pets, and Daniel made sure pet treatment was applied to the rooms that needed it. Daniel even cleaned some upholstered chairs in my kitchen. This company laid down tarps on the hardwood floors to ensure they wouldn't get dirty with their hoses, and even applied stoppers around the corners to protect the drywall. Got a couple quotes which seemed pretty outrageous $400-$500 for a "pet treatment" contacted primer received a quote same day and scheduled for the following week. (Priced at half that) Got a text when they were on their way, Professional cleaner Zachary came in shined his UV light to show me the urine. I work from home so I made sure to block out my schedule.
