Many years ago, we also had them reupholster counter stools to match our family room love seat upholstery. Their furniture is of the best quality, and can be customized as needed. The staff is very helpful in discussing our needs and helping us find the right products, providing interior design guidance as needed. We keep coming back because of the high quality and unique items we find there. Every time we browse the showroom floor, we find treasures that we just can't pass up. We desire a distinctly southwestern style, and D'Amore has had just what we need, every time. We have been frequenting D'Amore Interiors since they were located on the I-70 Frontage on the West side of Denver. I guess that must be close to two decades! When they moved to their current location, we found them promptly, as we needed some leather dining room chairs! Why anyone in this day and time would waste such valuable real estate for a "book" room is beside me. It's a VERY out-dated concept. That room would be better utilized as the men's or children's area. Instead I've heard people on their cell phones taking up space and being noisy. Not sure how this benefits the store. I do like the entrance. They need more tables or displays. The glass case used to hold jewelry, now they put out-dated things like a Christmas Village (during Christmas). It makes it look like they don't have ANY quality items. They have never really had quality clothing and whomever is sorting needs to keep more modern clothing. The ones out there are so out-dated, and very worn. Including the shoes, hats, etc. I am glad they lowered their prices. They used to be too high. Although, I don't like no knowing what things cost. I know they are trying to fix this. The staff seems a bit scattered right now. Customer service is so important. It would be nice if they would be more "present."

The reason I deducted a star is when I gave the man the 100.00 he just put it in his pocket and I thought does this charity have any sort of accounting/bookkeeping for what comes in/goes out and where the money goes? I don't begrudge the guys if they do take some for their work and time but him just putting it in his pocket made me somewhat question the operation. They shared contact details and we thankfully met Ethos Furniture. We've ordered custom furniture items in the past and the quality & craftsmanship from Ethos is top notch. Our walnut table is rock solid and sits on a sturdy iron base. We have young children and don't even worry about them damaging the table thanks to Ethos' durable construction. The artisan, Ross, is one of the friendliest people I've ever met. He put the table together, walked us through proper care, and stopped by a couple of weeks later to drop off a special wood cleaning product free of charge. He takes great pride in his work and it shows. I ended up ordering a custom office desktop to match the walnut dining table, and Ross will definitely be our first stop for any future custom wood furniture needs!
