I sent and email the next day requesting a quote and not even 15 minutes later, I received a call from one of the owners and had a wonderful chat with a woman by the name of Jodie.(She has a great Scottish accent BTW. Such a treat to hear!) She was very professional and answered all of the questions I had about what they do as a company. She gave me a price which I was happy with and went along with using them for my security needs. A few days later, one of the agents arrived 15 minutes early where I was needing security, and introduced themselves to me. They we're very professional and clean cut looking. A few times they would come back with a settlement and just ask if I want to accept but I wouldn't know if it was the right time to accept or not.... So had to let them know they're the professionals and I'd like to know what they thought. The only issue I had in the beginning stages was my contact quit and I called and numbers were disconnected, emails weren't returned. I finally was able to reach someone who gave me a new contact to keep in touch with. In terms of what I wish would improve would be communication and just the whole team being on the same page. Sometimes had to hop around a bit but near the end it smoothed itself out. The big complaint I have is I contacted Ramos Law again after my car was hit. I provided the information and Audry ghosted me. No one ever followed up after I sent in the requested documents. That right there is bad service. In the future I wouldn't use this company again (god forbid I'd need these services again). I think they'd probably give you more attention if your case is high profile... but following up is something you should do even if the company decides it's not a case that they want or can take. But I left two voicemails after I submitted documentation, heard nothing so that was pretty disappointing. But I think 3 stars is fair because first time around they did help recover in settlements.. communication was just difficult at times and then the 2nd time around I was ghosted. But I will tell you they get the ball rolling quickly so that is a positive for sure.
