I couldn't get anyone to come out on short notice (the company I had contracted to do the full setup and install kinda bailed on me and were extremely difficult to work with) when I sent an email to Joel he was able to come out next day, and advise me on a full security system that would provide me the exact amount of security I needed. Joel is a great local ADT representative, explains services in detail from top to bottom, and ensures you will be delivered exactly what you expected. After moving into our new home Joel stopped by to introduce himself as he was the original rep responsible for having the previous system installed. We explained to him how we wanted to protect our home and he was able to provide guidance and suggestions to meet our monitoring needs. He was patient explaining all of the setup details, pricing, and kept the upfront costs at a minimum which was an added bonus. Installation went smoothly, all of the old equipment was removed and replaced with upgraded hardware. The Ring doorbell is a great edition providing on demand visibility into the front of our home to answer the door remotely, keep an eye the mail, package deliveries, etc. Joel has provided us with a excellent service and the comfort knowing we can monitor our home (investment) while away.
