He went to Lowes down the street, came back and replaced the main AC breaker with an up to code GCFI breaker, and replaced the AC Breaker box with a disconnect as a breaker there is really not needed. Stay away from this company. We had very low pressure in our…read moreclaw foot tub shower. They charged $269 to put in a rebuilt divertor valve and replace a shower head . The shower head was only a few months old so I don't know why they did that. (It was our rental and we weren't there when they did it) . They rebuilt the existing diverter by installing one rubber washer. The water pressure was still very low- the problem wasn't fixed! So we had them back to correct it 3 weeks later , at hopefully no charge. Nope. They charged us $75 and said we needed an entire new unit- that the piece that the diverter fit into or sat against was worn out. Estimate for the part was $700- something! Plus 3-4 hours labor at $100+ an hour. We bought the new assembly for $170 and it took all of 15 minutes MAYBE to do it ourselves- to shut the water off and 3 bolts.

I never received a bill or a phone call so eventually, I called them again and asked for the bill a third time and paid it in full. I then received a collections bill from some company in Greely claiming non payment of some mysterious bill and found out it was these clowns. I then had to email the collection guys and dispute the inaccuracy of the billing fraudulently reported and compose this warning. It's too bad, the actual electrician was great but the billing has been a complete nightmare. I will be looking for sparky elsewhere in the future.

They showed up with two workers, only one guy was doing the work. They didn't install any new switches just installed the fan. They were at the house less than a hour. I received a text message later that day with an amount due of $449. I reached out to the manager that day and told him that I agreed to $250. He said he would look into it and get back to me. He never returned my calls or sent me a bill in the mail. A year later I get a call from the collection agency that they turned the bill over. I am disputing the charge and will never recommend this company to anyone else. They are dishonest and deceitful.
