The burgers are 1/2 lb, fresh never frozen and cooked to your desired temp. It was delicious! I got the Cowboy BBQ Onion burger, and opted for the onion rings. Boy was I glad I did. From day one, he promised they would create the perfect vibe for our group without being too loud or overbearing, and that is exactly what they did! On the day of our event, Dave and John Shaw arrived on time and needed no assistance getting set up. Throughout the event, they were constantly reading the crowd and playing just the right songs to keep the energy going and everyone entertained. Once they discovered my favorite song, they made sure to play it for me, and they also took requests from their song list from attendees, which was such a fun touch. Despite it being very hot during our event, our attendees stayed until the very end, and I truly believe that was due in large part to the atmosphere the Caladesi Steel Band created.
