The company reordered parts. Finally got them in the end of April. Set installation for June 4 - after many reminders. Nobody showed up or called. After I reached them they claimed they had a wrong phone number (while they had no problem texting about parts before). Promised an installation on Monday. Nobody called or showed up. When I reached them, I got the same story - wrong number, we can fit you in on Friday. It is an endless story to get them correct their own mistakes - which they do not own - or provide an anywhere decent service. I highly recommend to stay away from this scam.

For the millwork I purchased interior doors, mouldings, wainscot, fiberglass columns, and exterior, Azek and fir for facia, soffit material etc.. Once the framing was complete, Mike came out to the house before the quote to measure everything and make sure the 2 dozen doors had the correct opening orientation and size. We went over many molding profiles and door styles. The price was very competitive and it was an easy decision. He installed a window backwards and told me 5 times he would fix it which he did not, and did not build the stairs for it because he felt as if he did more work then the payment was worth. Also said I did not give him money for gas to pick up material 10 minutes away at lowes. Do contractors expect you to put material in your car? You would think that would be built into the cost. Anyway, do as you please but i would stay away.
