Long story short, they refused to work on my car because of what the tow truck guy had told them about my car when he originally towed it and they were worried something else would go wrong with it and that they'd be liable for it. They wouldn't even put oil in it. What kind of repair place does that?? And their cost to keep my car at their place until I could get to it the next day was insane! I ended up paying nearly $200 for nothing to be done to my car. Highly frustrated with this business and would not recommend.

Later the same day, I received a call from Liz, who handled all the details and took care of communication with the auto insurance agency. Liz did a great job, very nice, and friendly. They did take the car back, but again kept it longer than they estimated. They fixed the door for the most part and repainted the areas that had chipped, but there are obvious tape lines and the finish has an orange-peel texture.
