I got there and Brigette (the owner) greeted me and made me feel so comfortable. She then took me back to the place where she was going to do my eyebrows. They had a heated place to lay while getting your eyebrows done and a pillow for you legs so that your back wouldn't get strained. It was awesome! So she began telling me and informing me what she was going to do and making sure it's what I wanted and all in all she made them exactly what I hoped for! She didn't just pluck and wax away she actually did it based on my eye shape and how my eyebrow hair was going. Very professional. She used organic and natural products. I just returned for a Christmas gel manicure last week. Tressie did a great job. The manicures here are always well done & last 3+ weeks. My only negative is that they tack on a $3 sanitation fee to every bill, and that was added during the pandemic, which was understandable when they went above and beyond with what they had to buy for safety and cleanliness. But sanitation is the nature of a salon business so I wish that that extra $3 fee was not still on there because sometimes it's added into the final price I'm given and I've tipped on it, which in my opinion is not right. I was also surprised that it was an extra $7 for cat eye gel. I do totally understand the extra for nail art, but waving a magnet in front of your nail for a nano-second, $7 seems a little excessive. But I'm guessing it's because that polish costs more than regular gel. Anyway they do a great job here, but they are pricier than other salons in the area. She had essential oils in the air and a nice dim room making the facial environment very relaxing. She always used the perfect touch, you can tell she has experience. I think I feel asleep a few times and she never called me out on my snoring. I forgot to ask about product, but my skin now feels amazing.
