We had my bachelorette party here today and it was the best day ever. Facials, massages, hair stylings, manicures, and pedicures all in one place. They were also so kind to let us set up a nacho bar and put a few decor up. I really enjoyed celebrating here and hope more people decide to hop on that wagon! AMAZING! I got my hair dyed, and it's perfect! Workers were kind, atmosphere was great. Can't recommend enough. They even offered coffee, tea, or apple cider :) I had an appt. scheduled 2 hrs after my mom, but we arrived together. Came back here while we visited this summer. We actually drove this time from CT so I was in desperate need of a massage after that drive! Hubby and I got a couples massage from Jonell and Ashley. This time I got Ashley, and she is just as fabulous as Jonell! They have a similar style and I really enjoyed my massage. Hubby did too. We got placed in the same room for the couple's massage. We don't talk to each other while we get massages, but if you take a friend with you, you could definitely chat, if that's your thing. As I said in my previous review, the ambiance is simple and pretty. Just relaxing enough with twinkle lights and several candles. I really wanted to have a hair cut, but I had to meet someone right after my appointment so I'll be sure to try that next time. Everyone that works there has fabulous hair, so that might be a good indicator that their salon services are great! read more

Spent a lovely 3 hours here today. Manicure, pedicure, and hair. All the ladies were really nice and welcoming, my nails are gorgeous, and my hair feels fantastic. I wasn't sure what to expect from Colours Day Spa, but I wanted a massage and was willing to try them out! Overall, I'm glad I did. I tuned out the not-so-scenic, run-down strip mall they're located in and focused on the massage experience. While I was a bit dismayed that my masseuse set aside the medical information form I'd been asked to fill out - some of which pertained to my need for a massage - I have to say she did an excellent job, and I had another chance to tell her what I needed and why. The massage room I was in was very relaxing and calm, with soothing music playing, very low lighting, and seemingly fresh bedding on the massage table. After my massage, I used the adjacent restroom, which seemed clean except for the trash that needed to be emptied. The only down points were a laundry/stock room with the door open that didn't look very appealing, and the fact that one employee had her son there playing. However, my appointment was on a Sunday right after they'd opened, so maybe something unexpected came up and the woman didn't expect to be in the salon that day. I would come back for a massage - the price is certainly right - and I'd be open to trying their other services too, although I've never been a "spa person." If you come, do be aware that this isn't a spa in the traditional sense of the word. That said, many spa services are offered and probably very well executed. As I said, my massage was great and my masseuse was very attentive to trouble spots. read more

When I went to Ball State, I loved getting massages from Janell! She had the most perfect, relaxing touch and was so nice. I almost wish that I still lived in Muncie to keep going here for massages! Plus the prices are awesome. I might have thought they were a tad expensive back then, but after living in Chicago and paying $90 for an hour, it it cheap to get a massage there! read more

‼Please do not go to this place for hair!‼ First of all, I hate writing bad reviews, but I cannot in good conscience allow another human to get the same experience I did. The woman who did my hair was so sweet but the perm I got was awful!!! I got a spiral perm, and followed all her directions afterwards to make sure i didnt mess it up. I ended up with dreds. No joke. First of all, they knew i was coming in for a perm, and they didnt even have the supplies on hand! Another girl had to run out and buy the products after the perm was completed, salonist was hurried so she didnt even completely dry my hair. And she didnt even have a diffuser on her blow dryer. I have been so much time ans effort trying to undo this hair mess. Just please dont go here. Definitely try some other place! I spent a lot of money on this and followed all the directions they gave. I am pissed and really wish I could get my money back. read more

They are the most unorganized group I have ever seen. I had an appointment and one of their idiot staff canceled it, however it turned out to be fantastic because Ashley is amazing. If you go for a massage or facial get Ashley. There is another massage therapist there that is of the extra large variety and you do not want her. I give it one start because the spa is awful, dirty, and trashy. If it wasn't for Ashley, that spa would be under. read more

I went to Colours to get my nails done. I have to say the ladies working there are really nice. Not because of the decor but because everybody is so nice the salon has a nice atmosphere to it. However, the quality of my manicure was not good. The person who did my nails asked me which shape I wanted only to proceed and file every nail differently. There is no clear uniform form visible, they are all shaped differently. Also, I let them grow out for my manicure and she filed them almost all the way down, which I did not like. The gel polish was applied quite crooked on some of my nails. When I go to a professional, I expect it to look professionally, but it just wasn`t. I reckon, I could have done it better myself. It should have thrown me off that the nail stylist did not wear any polish on her nails herself. I think I will wait a few days until they grow out a little more and then go to a different nail salon to get them redone. I won`t go back to Colours again anytime soon. read more
