She finished coloring my hair, saw nothing else but said she could not dry it or style it. She only took $10 off and I had to leave with soaking wet hair. I went to my health care provider and a nurse checked my head for live. NOTHING! No live, no nits, no eggs. She laughed and said I did not have lice and that the stylist did not know what she was looking at. If a stylist can't tell the difference between lice, fleas, or bugs, she probably doesn't know her stuff.

Cyndee gave me the best color I've ever had done and it's lasted by far the longest. She's meticulous and takes personal vested interest in what your finished product will be. And my boyfriend's cut is FRESH. And the brow wax? Awesome! I went in looking like a grumpy Muppet and I now look like a chubby Joan Jett!
