My pictures may not be the best, but i tried the best cinnamon roll i've ever had at Colsie Coffee shop. It's a little squished because its in a to-go box, but it was so soft, flavorful, and the frosting was placed as it was cooling down so it did not melt and had a nice fluffy consistency. I also had a cafe con leche, it was good, but overly sweet for my taste.. this place is perfect for casual meetings, remote workers as there is plenty of seating & power outlets available. Staff is very nice & they make great suggestions.

This is the cutest little local coffee shop. Every time I visit my family in Fort White, I have to stop here. It's a remodeled house turned coffee shop. The decor is very cute with a vintage/modern vibe. The associates are always very friendly. There is plenty of space inside for a coffee date or studying. There is also outside seating. I love that they support local artisans and have all types of cute items for sale. For the coffee they always have such fun drink themes and specials. I currently am only drinking sugar free and I'm grateful they have various syrup options. They also have a good selection of different milks. The coffee is delicious. They also sale baked goods. They are always fresh and delicious looking. Options for everyone. Overall it's a very cute spot you must check out!

Such a cute spot with tons of indoor and outdoor seating. They sell a ton of local goodies, I love old Florida vibes so was excited to see them supporting a local Floridian artist. I purchased some honey there as a gift for my bf while on vacation. They have vegan options I tried their seasonal coconut cream cold brew which was delicious. I also enjoyed two vegan muffins, I believe one was pecan cinnamon and the other was chocolate chip. The pecan one was my favorite but both were moist and delicious. I also got a coconut blondie which I brought home to share with my boyfriend and he is not vegan but thought it was delicious. Really loved how great this place was. Very fast service and team members were nice.

Cute and simple coffee shop that had great baked goods. I had the iced caramel machiatto while my bf had the iced chai. I enjoyed his more than mine. Mine was a little butter and lacked caramel flavor. I didn't taste the vanilla as well or the milk that a machiato is known for. It just tasted like butter iced coffee. My bf's drink had great notes though and was so cozy even though it was a cold drink. One of the best we have tried together. The cinnamon roll was delicious and the frosting was not too sweet which I enjoyed. They warmed it up for us and it was such a comforting treat. They also have teas and lemonades for non caffeine drinkers which made me want to come back and try a tea next time.

Cutest little coffee and pastry shop! We stopped here on the way out to Ichetucknee Springs. I got an iced latte with caramel. It was a little too sweet for me but drinkable. Everything in the pastry case looked delicious so it was hard for us to narrow down our choices. We went with a cinnamon roll to share and both for bagels with the bacon garlic cheddar cream cheese (saw this online ahead of time and it's the real reason I decided to come here). It was so flavorful and different from any other cream cheese I've had. Definitely memorable! Fun counter at the front of the shop you can sit at and watch the cars go by. Pleasant vibes overall.

Excellent and friendly service, good selection of baked items, a huge play area for kids, cozy vibe, indoor and outdoor seating and so much more. Coffee is flavorful. There's a little shop inside with unique items. One of the best shops in the area. Worth going out of the way.

Got an iced oat milk latte. This was the smoothest espresso I've had in Florida! Beyond the delicious coffee, the barista was so kind and helpful. The interior is spacious, well-decorated, and comfortable. I highly recommend grabbing coffee here!

Love this place! Great coffee, service, and vibe. I spent the day working here while I was in town on a scuba diving excursion. It is so cozy! It's like being in a house. They also have a cute gift shop!

What a charming coffee shop with lots of tempting confections on offer. We went with an everything bagel which was good but could have easily benefited from more cream cheese. Café con leche was pretty good as was the ambiance enjoyable. Score.

Oh no! Of all the things to forget on a camping trip, forgot the coffee! I thought I'd have to pick up some generic at the Winn-Dixie but a Yelp search found not one but two independent coffee shops close by. (I don't do Dunkin or Starbucks - period.) So right at opening time, 7:00, I was there to get a pound. It's not roasted in house but it is locally roasted small-batch; sounds good. So I asked them for french press grind. Blank stare. I repeated with different phrasing: grind it for a french press. Still not comprehending. Hmm, how could a coffee shop not know what a french press is? So I changed my tactic: grind it medium to medium-coarse. That got her out of her trance. She went out back with my beans while I waited. And waited. And waited. While as-yet unidentified noises were heard from the back. Finally she returned with my coffee and I picked up some bakery items and a coffee to go. The brewed coffee was good. Next morning I opened the bag to make my morning cup and the noises I heard the day before were explained. She had ground the coffee to the finest powder I could possibly imagine! Even finer than espresso grind; practically like talcum powder! I was not happy but did what I had to do: I used it anyway. The results were as you might expect: coffee like sludge. I managed to drink the cup but knew I'd have to replace the rest. So I returned the next day and explained. Same counter person. She didn't seem to remember me. I explained that the grind was not what I ordered and asked for a replacement. She said she'd have to ask her manager for help. Ok, fine I thought. Seems like a manager shouldn't be needed for this but whatever. So I waited. And waited. And waited. A long time, while I perused the selection of store items: jams, jellies, handmade soaps. Finally manager came out. What was she doing in back so long that was so important? I repeated my explanation, she comprehended, asked counter person to grind another bag while I waited. And waited. Not as long as the other waits but too long. When it came out I thanked them both, ordered an espresso to go and some pastry items to make up for their wasted pound. Never a sorry, thank you, or any attempt at personable conversation from either of them. The espresso was awful. Sour and super bitter. Good espresso can be pleasantly bitter yes but never sour. I didn't even finish it. The fact that the single shot was like 4 ounces should have been my clue. They may have used an espresso machine but it wasn't espresso; a single shot should be little over 1 ounce. I doubt that bitterness could be masked by all the caramel-mocha-latte-ing you could add. They sell a variety of sweet pastry items and bagels with spreads but no real breakfast items like bacon-egg-cheese sandwiches. My food items to go were 2 pumpkin donuts and a plain everything bagel. The pumpkin donuts weren't. That is, they were not donuts. Instead, cloyingly sweet pumpkin spice cake, like gingerbread, in the shape of a donut. As if they were not overly sweet already, they were adorned with a sugar glaze. I'm not done complaining. To make a bad thing worse, they were underdone, with batter soft and barely baked. The bagel was acceptable. Looking for an independent coffee shop in High Springs? Try the other one; there are two.

You see, I really don't like going for tea or well, it's more the spending a lot of good money on tea and ridiculous fingerling sandwiches and stale confectionary bits and such. I just don't ...but when you get a prescription for happiness, you fill it. And so, as it were, I've been to enough tea places to drown myself a few times over in tea and well, I'm often unhappy with the value. Lots of places like to cheat. So, I digress, of all the teas I've been to in all the years, I place this tea among the highest. Many thanks for creating a place where I can enjoy the experience as if I had been the purveyor myself. Well done.

The only thing I didn't like is the crust was very salty. Thankfully, the hot sauce which was a sweet spice completely the tomato based flavors of the meat pie.
