There have been a couple times where I had to pay inside because the card reader wasn't working right but I'll gladly walk inside to pay for gas that is significantly cheaper than the competitors. I love the way the car looks afterwards, no soap or wax left behind and service is always friendly. There are options for monthly memberships, but I haven't gotten one since I get my car washed maybe once every few months, more often in winter for salt. Will definitely consider one though when I use my car more for travel. The free vacuums are a huge bonus. You can access those before or after your wash and there are packages where you can get the wipes for the dash and windows also for DIY detailing. Now I just wish there was one closer to Allegan so I could go more often, not just when I'm in Holland!
