I got the Express Interior coupon for half off. They did it in 10 minutes, but they didn't clean the back windshield. Several spots and a stain is still there from what a bird did to it. Also, the front windshield interior still has spots on it. It seems like they gave the dash and everything else a quick wipe down, but didn't use Armor All or anything else. Also did not vacuum between the front seats.... Not worth $30. But I did get it for 'only' $15 and I guess you can only do so much in 10 minutes. read more

I'm a major fan of the Quality Car Wash stores in the Holland area. Of course, you have to mention the free vacuums. I have yet to find a place that will let you use the vacuums for free! I go out of my way to take my car here just so save the $1.50 or whatever I would pay somewhere else. I haven't bought a monthly car wash ticket yet, only the single ones but I have to say that I'm satisfied with the washes. Yes I can wash it myself more effectively but I don't do it in less than 5 minutes. The South Town location doesn't have as sophisticated of a setup as the other locations around town, but the wash quality is the same. The in-store experience is pretty nice. It's a larger than average store and they have your run of the mill goods. They serve Tim Horton's coffee which is small step above what you get across the street at speedway. My one area of critique is how the pumps are arranged. This isn't the biggest gas station lot and it pays for it with the layout of the pumps. Still better than the Speedway across the street but it is a bit of a hassle none the less. read more

The car wash never gets the back of my 2020 Subaru Forester clean. If I prewash with the brush provided at the pump it helps, but if I am going to pay $9 for a quality wash I would hope it would clean my whole car. read more

my car tire went flat and the model of my car happened to have no spare tire.. . the workers were extremely kind and understanding. they told me and my friend that we could leave the car overnight, but they understood if we didn't want to leave the car alone. our friends bought us food and i went in to ask them if they had ketchup packets, and they offered for us to eat inside. the workers made our night. read more

The quality of the car wash is in fact up to standard with the name. Excellent quality every time. However, the quality of the service, simply is not up to par sometimes. Today there were two women, not wearing masks in a global pandemic, talking over customer's ignoring customers and holding customers credit cards right in front of their mouth, unmasked. That just is not the way things should be handled in a global pandemic. read more

I was really upset last time I went to Quality. I have been a regular customer for years, therefore when I was in the middle of pumping my gas on Sunday afternoon, I was extremely upset to realize they turned the pumps off after I was 15 cents in. I don't think you would ever ask a customer to leave in the middle of them trying on clothes at a retail store? Rude and bad costumer service. read more

First moved here in November thought what a great car wash,ask management if I could get a year-long car wash instead of having to renew and mess with the three month plan, And they now offer a one-year plan.Great management and great staff very friendly. read more

Gas is always cheaper than the Speedway across the street, which is one of the reasons I go here instead. The car wash is a plus as well, and it is so much cleaner than the Speedway. You don't have to wait forever to check out either. read more

Decided not going to allow one "bad egg" (read last review) to come in between myself with Quality Car Wash. for generations our family enjoyed our time with this Company. The others at their Excutive offices ( In town, that's important.) were VERY helpful and cared enough to hear my concerns, being that's the type of place Quality Car wash usually is. Yes, the equipment did damage our vehicle confirmed by our auto shop that recently provided a brand new front end and did great work! Made sure Quality Car was informed why there was damaged. Though didn't need to purchase anything for repair so I called Qaulity to share the good news there was no cost to anyone, praise Jesus! We were praying this weekend (not having transportation can put a glitch in a lot) Spoke with Sarah, a delight and coming from corporate customer service background, she handled my sincere concerns with class and care and Quality! If something happens to your car don't be afraid to report it to Quality, just might have to fallow up with Adminstrstion. Who are Great and made this incident not so hard. read more
