I came with my partner after spending the day at the outlets near Palm Springs. We arrived pretty close to closing, and even then, it was such an amazing experience. I finally got the Bass Pro hats I've been dreaming about, and honestly, this is one of the coolest stores I've ever been in. They literally have everything for the outdoors; fishing, camping, road trips, hiking... if you need it, they probably have it. They even sell boats! There was a shooting range, archery equipment, grills, snacks, a restaurant, sweets, and so much more. I could have spent hours exploring. And the prices?! An absolute STEAL!! I was shocked seeing hats for $5.99 and $9.99. How?! We also grabbed their BBQ chips, and they were chef's kiss. The employees were very friendly. The cashier who helped us was incredibly kind. She did spend quite a while helping the customer in front of us, and my partner and I were joking that it looked like love at first sight between them. It made for a funny moment while we waited. One important heads-up: Apple Pay is currently not working. When we visited on July 3, 2026, the cashier told us it might not be fixed for a few months. If you usually rely on Apple Pay, I'd recommend calling ahead or bringing a physical credit or debit card just in case. Overall, I absolutely loved this place and can't wait to come back. You can take the kids to see the aquarium and fish, they have great taxirdermy animals from deer to bears to foxes and lions. Anything you need for the outdoors it's at Bass Pro. We tried the food there for the first time. I got the fish and chips and some sides. The fish and chips were great, the fries were hard as a rock, the gator bites with the dip was delicious and the spinach dip was just ok. Cold, refreshing beer and the service was great. It is on the expensive side when it comes to all the pricing but the quality is definitely all there and for the most part worth it. It's worth stopping by if ever in the area.
