Turn around time was very quick and the earlier you bring them in the quicker they'll have it ready and done by. The owner was very friendly and helpful! They also have tons of selections from scrubs to scissors and badge accessories. I also wanted to embroider my Figs jacket with my credentials and they charge $6 for 1 line and $8 for 2 lines! Very affordable compared to paying $14+ for it from the Figs company. Will definitely come by in the future to get more embroidery done. They were wonderful enough to keep the store open when I called. I just got a new job and didn't have the correct color of scrubs, but because of COVID-19 not many stores are open. I didn't want to buy any online because it's something I'm going to wear several times a week and I want it to fit and be comfortable. The owners also alter the uniforms on site. It takes a few minutes and for just 3 dollars more. They also ordered me another set of uniforms because they only had two of the set I liked. read more

I came here yesterday for the first time in over 3 years and the store is just as great as before. The gentleman working there was just wonderfully helpful and accommodating. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me several options. I was looking for specific scrub pants and he showed me many awesome options. I am an unhappy customer. Do not buy from this place unless you are ABSOLUTELY sure that you are getting what you want at the price you want. There are NO REFUNDS. An hour after I had ordered something I called to cancel b/c I found a MUCH lower price for the exact items I had ordered at another place (even after fashionable scrubs had given me a 10% student discount, the price I found was lower PLUS they gave me a student discount also, I think F.S. marks up their prices). I was informed by the owner that they would not refund my money, which is ridiculous b/c the order had not gone out to the warehouse, the order had not been shipped, or even packaged! I literally had placed the order at 11:00 that morning and called to cancel at 12:00! They did not even offer to match the price I had found! Honestly, if possible I would give zero stars for poor customer service and poor business practice. I really don't think they value their customers there. read more

Okay so I placed an order here for some shoes and a pair of pants. I was told that my order would be there in a week. A week comes and I don't get a phone call. The second week comes and I start making calls and NO ONE calls me back. Mind you I leave MULTIPLE voicemails. And its hard for me to make time to call during normal hours because I work health care so by the time Im up its too early, and when Im out its too late. I eventually call one day during business hours and ask about my order and he tells me that my shoes are on back order and that they'll call me when they come in. They call me when my shoes eventually come in and I come in a few hours after I get the call. My shoes are great, and my scrub pants are perfect. My issue is with the slight lack of professionalism. 1. If you guys have a phone, USE IT. Whats the point of me calling y'all and leaving voicemails only to never get a response and have NO ONE call me back. 2. Its pretty awkward when I walk into the store and for about 10 minutes its silent and no one is at the front desk. And when she finally comes she's like adjusting herself like she just got done eating some chicken. IDK I really don't wanna be mean but I was like okayyyyyy... ? But despite all that, the lady and the guy, and younger guy (who I believe own/run the store [mom, dad, and son] ) are really nice. Every time i come in they're super nice, and theres usually some Christian music in the background. They're some good people. So FOUR stars :) They just need to actually utilize their voicemail, and have a louder bell or something for their door. read more

A typical scrub shop, you know packed. I was able to find a cute lab coat & a nice scrub top. Went in around closing time and was helped by the young guy working there. The people are so nice. There are a large selection of scrubs; solid colors, prints and of sizes. They also sell shoes and some accessories. They can order scrubs for you if they don't have your size. They can also order for large groups at a discount. The scrubs are like $20s for top and bottoms. I really need scrub sets for my new hospital work. Because of covid19, stores are closed. I searched yelp and luckily found this store, & it's closer to my area! What a relief! I emailed them and Mike replied fast. We set an appointment so he can open the store. I bought scrubs, undergarments, and they have altered my long pants and i just needed to wait for few minutes and done! They even gave me discount and a free body bag. The prices were reasonable, they had a pretty good selection of scrub brands and types, but needed more larger sizes than what was in stock at the time of my visit. Wow this place is great my daughter got everything she needed for starting her medical assistant career and she's going to be an RN they have everything that you could possibly need for starting a medical or dental career. Uniforms and clothing very well priced and they even have stuff for men also. Tremendous discounts she saved a bundle coming here as compared to shopping elsewhere. Avoid this place! There are plenty of other scrub stores that will work for your business. Here they tell you what you want to hear to make a sale & not follow through. I ordered high end shoes & was told they would be here in 10 business days. I called at 10 days & was told they were back ordered. Why was I not told of this when I originally placed the order? Because they wanted the sale where I left a 50% deposit Then I was told it was not shipped & the would find out why. They never could produce a tracking number. Finally 3 weeks later, I call & I am told they are in. I go to the store, and alas, they got me confused with another shoe order. (BTW I live 30 min away, my problem but a huge inconvenience.) I am told to call the following week & by this time, I have had it. I call & of course still no shoes & I am offered 10% on my NEXT purchase. Um, like I am giving this place anymore money?!?! Finally after over a month, I am called & told my shoes are in. By this time, I have bought them else where & decide to just lose my $$ because there are no refunds from this store. So the people that work here are really nice, however my recent experience at this location was not too pleasant. I got accepted into the nursing program and my school had us order our uniforms through this store. I paid for my package of two sets of uniforms, as well as other necessities like my blood pressure cuff and stethoscope. When I received my package I noticed that the blood pressure cuff was missing the gauge and also had someone's name written on it, so obviously it was used. This was really unacceptable because I paid almost five hundred dollars for this package so I obviously should receive brand new items. The owners were really apologetic and gave me a new blood pressure cuff in exchange. After returning home from this exchange, I was looking at one of my scrub tops from my uniform (which is all white) and it had smears of someone's face make up on the collar of it. I do not wear face make up and plus I hadn't even tried the top on yet, so obviously, to me, these people use recycled stuff. I was thankfully able to exchange it for another top, but I hope that they don't try and give that same top to someone else, which from my experience, I wouldn't doubt that they would. It is a real shame to post this review, because the people were pretty nice, but that still does not change my experience I had with them. read more
