So I called 1/3/25 and left a message about confirming my appointment. I did not receive callback. Today,1/7/25 I called and actually was able to speak to someone. They kindly told me they had sent me a text message in December of 24' advising THEY had cancelled my appointment. A snicker and a big F.Y. is what I fely coming over the phone line. What a load of horse crap! Advantage my @ss! These people SUCK! I should have had the fillings placed where I had my denture re made, after Advantage couldn't get it correct. My bad! I'd rather see a veterenarian ,for dental care, than go to Advantage!

They tell you appointments are scheduled but then the appointments just disappear. The receptionists / front desk employees are unable to give you explanations as to what has happened. I was fine using this dental office due to convenience but the lack of ability to get any information or schedule any appointments is complete BS. The Boardman office is better, and super friendly - the only issue is they don't have any dentists on staff.

Even after I finished treatment, the pain never went away. My jaw also started clicking every time I opened and closed my mouth. I returned to the clinic for help, but I was told there was nothing they could do because I was no longer their patient. As my symptoms continued to get worse, I sought opinions from other doctors. Eventually, I went to Mexico, where I had a CT scan. The scan showed that my jaw was crooked, and I was told I needed corrective jaw surgery. The specialists there explained that, in their professional opinion, the problem was caused by improper orthodontic treatment and that my braces had only masked the issue instead of correcting it. As a result, I had to undergo major jaw surgery. This experience has been physically painful, emotionally stressful, and financially costly. I trusted this office with my care, but when I returned with serious complications, I felt abandoned instead of supported. I also encourage people to be cautious when reading the reviews. During my treatment, the office offered free coffee gift cards in exchange for leaving a positive review. That made me question whether the online ratings accurately reflect patients' genuine experiences. This is my personal experience, and I hope it helps others make an informed decision before choosing this office.
