He went way out of his way to help accommodate my schedule, even let me come by with 15 minutes notice in my work truck to set it all up, and kept it to the point as I was at work. Some places push extras on you to nickel and dime you to death, not here. Offered, yes. Pushed, absolutely not. I really have no more to say as what was promised was delivered, no need for any interaction at all. Very happy with my choice to try out a smaller operation, it's a large site I just mean smaller as in not on every other corner like some brands. Only con for me is that there are no electric outlets anywhere either in or outside of the unit, maybe the larger ones have them.

This one is comical. Security gate has been wide open and stuck open for 3 months now. The actual site is such a dump that I wonder how many tires leave flattened from the rocks, holes, objects, ripped up ancient pavement mixed with mud and holes.
