While the staff were polite and acknowledged the issue, it's frustrating to still be waiting for money that should not have been taken in the first place. I would strongly encourage customers to verify charges carefully and consider waiting to pay until services are completed to avoid potential duplicate charges.

They popped my hood, checked my coolant, quickly checked for a leak, then filled me back up with coolant, gave me some extra in case there was a leak, and taught me how to check and refill the fluid. Best part, they only charged me $10 for the privilege of all this, and were incredibly nice to me the entire time.
