DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE !!!…read moreI stupidly purchased a ficm, alternator , a bunch of wiring , and a warranty from ficmrepair.com for my 2005 f350...Literally a few days later, my truck died and would not start. I had to have it towed to a mechanic who discovered the ficm is no good. The mechanic replaced the ficmrepair.com ficm with a "working " ficm and now the truck runs . I called ficmrepair.com and I talked to the rudest most unhelpful person I've ever encountered. All he did was try to tell me a bunch of stupid useless information about how a ficm "works. He offered me no helpful info other than making every excuse possible as to why his ficm failed. I am disgusted by this company and am basically out over $1000 because I had to pay to have his piece of junk product replaced. I don't trust this product and refuse to put it in my truck. He told me - you can't just send the product back and expect a refund - it doesn't work that way- then He hung up on me ... BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!! IT IS A SCAM!!

Well I came here to get my windows tinted and couldn't make it past the first interaction with an…read moreemployee working there because of how rude they were. I went online to setup an appointment and it told me to call. I called and it took me through the steps to confirm my appointment. I go into their store at the time my appointment was and told this red headed guy I was there a little early for my appointment and he just looked at me and said there are no appointments today. I replied that I went online and called and it said I was confirmed and he repeated there is no appointment. Then after looking on his computer he said I was on some waitlist to be called and that I don't have an appointment and laughed at me as if I am familiar with their scheduling process. He then asked seemingly annoyed what I'm looking to get tinted on my car and rudely said well we don't have anything for scheduling today and that he'll need to get me scheduled. I was done at that point and told him I'll just call and he laughed at me again. In actuality I will not be calling them back and will be taking my money elsewhere. Do you train your employees to laugh at customers and be rude? Also do you train your employees to not offer options or to not say things like, "oh I'm sorry about the scheduling issue you experienced. Let me get you scheduled right away." This guy in front is a joke and needs to not be interacting with customers.

I had my 2024 Golf R tinted today at Tint World in Urbandale, they did a fantastic job…read more For those who have a VW Golf, you probably know how hard it is to tint the windows on these cars - many places turned me away, or wouldn't do the back window at all, because the windows are smaller in size and hard to get tint properly placed on them. Although they were unable to do the windshield, due to the difficulty and specialty tools involved, they were able to do all side windows and back window and it looks fantastic, I would highly recommend. They were prompt and professional, 10/10 service and communication.
