*SAME DAY SERVICE* Let me start off by saying, I had an appointment first thing this morning at 0800 with Firestone for a tire repair. I saw a nail in my tire so naturally I thought this was causing my tire to deflate. Well, it turns out my rim was cracked so a guy suggested Columbus Custom Exhaust (CCE). I left Firestone and immediately drove to CCE. They didn't open til 0900 but I managed to arrive by 0905. I explained my situation and was told the price was dependent on how many cracks there were in the rim. They even told me how much dependent on the number found. Keep in mind, I knew how many there were because Firestone showed me the rim. Needless to say, I was a little hesitant considering I'm a woman and sometimes we can be taken advantage of. Not here! My car was lifted off the ground at 0919 and one crack was found and repaired by 1310 (4 hours). I'm super impressed and recommend this business for your various needs. First off the owner is amazing, great customer service and great timing. Love when an owner can make time to have a conversation with their customers. Second the quality was great, I was skeptical about picking a shop from seeing some shops laying booger welds so I almost did it myself but DAMN was I happy I went with these guys, the welds were perfect and he was able to see the same vision I did. Took my 2005 F150 in for a new exhaust. They put one support for the entire split dual exhaust. Which ripped it a huge piece of the exhaust pipe off. Had to take a day off of work to take it back. They just put a huge spot wield over the hole and then reattached the ONE support. I ended up taking it to a muffler shop here in town and they attached three more support and I have not had any more problems. STAY AWAY and they should be on Fort Benning Black List. read more

I have been coming here for years and one thing I can say they have always done a great job, I drive a 99 grand marquis with 24 in. wheels and everything I've ever needed done they have done it at a fair/decent price and if they cannot do it(due to the size of my tires) they will send me to a location that can. My daughter was new in town and someone recommended this shop because our truck would not start. They did some repairs and once we left back to NC, the truck was having the same issue. We came back to GA and the truck went down again...Chris looked at the truck and replaced the battery for almost $300! Three days later the truck is now sitting in Walmart parking lot and will not start! This is shameful because my daughter is the mother of 2 small children and CAN NOT BE JUST GIVING AWAY money on a hunch from a mechanic. If you can't diagnose the issue then say that but don't take advantage of single women from out of town! read more

THEY SAVED ME! I completely forgot to get an oil change before I left to go out of town and nearly had a stroke when I looked at my dashboard to see the CAUTION light on with 0% oil life left. I took my husbands Ford F-150 here for some exhaust work and when I got it back it seemed like the power was off and it took forever to accelerate. So I took it back, they said they fixed the problem and gave it back to me again....still doing to same thing. So I ended up taking it to another shop who said that hey used the wrong size pipe. I had an aftermarket exhaust manifold and up pipe installed a couple months ago. I now live in NY, where I discovered an exhaust leak coming from the parts they installed. They had either forgotten to put a bolt in, or the bolt they installed was not sufficiently tightened. End result, is untold fuel savings losses, inhalation of exhaust fumes through my a/c for the last couple of months, and I now have to replace the custom made gasket. read more

I got a straight pipe and cold air intake put on my Chevy Cruze. Later that day I realized the straight pipes were too loud. I contacted the owner about putting a Magnaflow muffler on instead and he was very accommodating. These guys are truly awesome and do amazing work!!
