Surgeon Kaura did an excellent job on explaining the procedure and the rest of the Trama team. Especially RNs Angela ,Cami, Camilla, Anna Amberley, Bailey ,Natalie, Shanice, Angie, Haley . PSA Tim, Mayrin from Trama on the 5th floor are the definition of providing exceptional care. They made me feel at ease and comfortable. Especially during the wound changes Answered any of my questions. They were great! Surprised how good the food was and the selection. The mac and cheese was delicious and build your own hamburger as well. I was also able to order snacks between the meals (pizza!). Antonio from nutrition was very helpful The only ding is one of the chefs adds too much lemon seasoning to the green beans and the broccoli.

Had 3 MRI's. They were quick to get scheduled in. Only issue was that they MRI'd the wrong thing on…read moreme once so when they finished they had to do it again. Took about an extra 50 minutes plus they still charged me for the wrong MRI they took.
