She had no concern. About a year and a half later, My intestine got strangled in the hernia hole and blocked everything; stool and urine. I had to have hernia surgery in a difficult area and, to this day, have digestive GI complications. The hernia surgery was done at Yale Medical Center in New Haven, by another butcher they call: "Dr. D" If Orion was so great a surgeon, then why did she resign a professorship at Yale? Shortly after my surgery, about a year, She hightailed it to Ohio. If you search her in Ohio only, you will not find any mention of her Yale Tenure. Well, I guess veterans are "throw away" people in the eyes of Dr. Orion?

Cancelled two follow up appts without notice or rescheduling. He is still alive 7 months later, two successful surgeries at Cleveland Clinic, and good outlook. She is arrogant, condescending and worried about her numbers & insurance. How she has made it this far as a critical care physician, I do not know. Lacks bedside manner, empathy, and compassion for the patient and the family.

But Kelly Achtmann , the front desk lady decided not to help me out in spite of Dr.Cooper and Erin approved more visits free of charge as I paid $1600 (which was too much according to another physician) to get the problem resolved. Kelly was very rude and refused to help out. i was very disappointed with the service as the spider veins came back in about 7 months. I wish Dr.Cooper would have injected the sclerosing solution deeper in my veins so it would have lasted longer ( as per the other consult). Also I found out that it should have not cost me only $900 and not $1600. I got ripped off big time. I wish they would not over charge customers and provide better and reliable service.
