My wife and I had an outstanding experience with Colville Toyota! We decided to trade in our 2021 Camry Hybrid LE for something a little bigger and Kevin Smith was incredibly accommodating in showing us a Rav 4 and a Highlander. We decided that we liked the Highlander and decided to put a $500 hold payment on it while we were waiting for a balance transfer to arrive in our account. We went home that night and discussed our financial situation and decided that although we really wanted the Highlander, we probably should stick something a little less expensive for now. We then saw that they had a Corolla Cross Hybrid coming and went back the next day to express interest in that. Kevin was amazing and did not try to upsell us or talk us back into the more expensive car; he showed us the Corolla Cross they had on the lot and let us sit in the seats. We weren't able to test drive it that day because it was pending sale. We made the decision to have them hold the Corolla Cross Hybrid that they had coming for us and we made a plan to come in and test drive it when it arrived. Due to some scheduling conflicts, we weren't able to come back and purchase the vehicle for another 4 days after we initially test drove the car. Our buying experience was fantastic! Hayden, Tim, Kevin and Kelly all really went out of their way to help us get an excellent monthly payment and work extremely hard to help make our budget and financial constrictions work! In the end, we got a lower payment than we were paying for our Camry. They offered us a great price for our Camry as well! Hayden went out of his way to get us an excellent services package while staying in our budget. At no point in time were any of the Colville Toyota staff rude, pushy or unprofessional! We happily drove away in our new 2024 Corolla Cross Hybrid, and we will happily refer anyone looking for a new Toyota to the amazing, friendly staff at Colville Toyota. read more

This has to be the easiest purchase I've ever done from a dealer I've never worked with in the past. I buy a lot of cars & have my favorite dealers to work with. (This dealer will be added to my repeat business) I was looking for a car that's in high demand where almost all other dealers mark them up 5-8k, this dealer doesn't. I am actually still shocked how simple this (remote purchase process was). The people at this dealership treat you like your family, like you're expected to go home with them for dinner & be life long friends. (Kind, friendly, etc...) I can't say enough great things about this place; if you want a NO BULLSHIT, NO GAMES, great price with-out having to haggle; contact this dealership. They are emphatically FUCKING GREAT & They take their dogs to work!! 2 are listed on their employee website!! Absolutely great place to buy from, if you're in need ASK for Katy or Kelly(the GSM). Recently brought my 1995 truck in for trouble shooting. Dropped off at 8 for an appointment. Checked in at 12:30 and it was still still sitting in same spot. It had not been serviced yet. They gave me some lame excuse about the tech went to the high school for a presentation. What is an appointment for? Finally looked at it and it was a quick look at not what I asked for It was not detailed. I have bought 2 brand new vehicles from these people and had them serviced regularly. An apology and a no charge would of been appropriate. I will not take my truck back and after my warranty expires on my new vehicle I will go else where. Its a shame they treat regular loyal customers this way. In my opinion Toyota Colville has expanded too much and cannot properly take care of their customers. read more

FORD and CHEVY could not get our car running correctly we had paid them multiple times for the same job, and it just kept failing. We took it here after the transmission started to shutter again and they fixed the car like new. It was a little bit expensive however they were able to correct the issue and solve the problems. I deeply regret buying from the other dealer in town but that is just how the cards feel. The staff are all highly professional, the sales team walked through a lot of the inventory with no real huge push to buy. The service team was more than accommodating and even provided the kids with coloring books and snacks. I hope to buy our next vehicle here. read more

Why we will NEVER do business with COLVILLE TOYOTA again. Ordered a Rav4 in March (February) 2023. Colville Toyota made us a trade-in offer on our Prius. When we came back to pick up the Rav4 in April, they changed their offer on the trade-in, claiming additional damages were found. Such as a cracked windshield which was there at the initial offer, but the salesman said he "neglected" to note it. So additional deduction. They also made other claims of damage that were there initially. So they changed the deal. Should have been a sign to walk away, but we didn't. We couldn't wait for a new order to come in after waiting for this one. So the Rav4: In addition to the base model, we asked for heated seats and heated steering wheel. (This is included in the "Weather package.") When the vehicle arrived, the Weather Package was not installed. (The heated seats arrived separately and are being installed in a couple weeks.) So we have no heated steering wheel, no de-icer windshield wipers, and we paid $770 (or close to that) for heated seats when the Weather Package is $925. So we VASTLY overpaid for heated seats. Talked to the salesman and he said there was somehow "miscommunication" when it came to what we wanted. We offered to "restart" the deal. Order a *new* Rav4 with the Weather Package. We would split the down payment, take down the 1 star review we gave the on Google. They refused the offer. They were willing to *sell* us a new, correct car, but were unwilling to split the downpayment. They wanted no consequence for their mistake. So infuriated, we traded in the Rav4 for a Ford Escape. Yup. Only had the Rav4 for a couple months before we got rid of it because we want nothing to do with Toyota or Colville Toyota. read more

Colville Toyota parts- you have lost me as a customer, when I came in to pickup a oil filter and oil drain plug gasket. you charged $2.80 for a part that Toyota has an MSRP of $1.16. I asked about it at the parts counter and thats what they said the price was. This is part number 90130-12031, obviously I could get this for less than MSRP online but I didn't want to wait- but getting charge more than 100% markup is just bad business. To be fair the oil filter I bought was also more than MSRP but it wasn't that high of a markup- I should have said no to the gasket, and just re-used the one I had. This doesn't leave a good customer experience and I won't be back. My husband and I bought our last 3 cars here, and we've had nothing but courtesy and professionalism in our dealings, not only with Tim, but with all the staff there. We've gotten fair trade-in value for our old vehicles. In fact, we drive twice as far because the prices are better and you don't get the usual run-around of other dealers.
