The mechanic checked the plugs and found one that was totally broken. He installed a used one to get me home and suggested I get the truck in for a tuneup sooner than later. We decided that we liked the Highlander and decided to put a $500 hold payment on it while we were waiting for a balance transfer to arrive in our account. We went home that night and discussed our financial situation and decided that although we really wanted the Highlander, we probably should stick something a little less expensive for now. We then saw that they had a Corolla Cross Hybrid coming and went back the next day to express interest in that. Kevin was amazing and did not try to upsell us or talk us back into the more expensive car; he showed us the Corolla Cross they had on the lot and let us sit in the seats. We weren't able to test drive it that day because it was pending sale. We made the decision to have them hold the Corolla Cross Hybrid that they had coming for us and we made a plan to come in and test drive it when it arrived. Due to some scheduling conflicts, we weren't able to come back and purchase the vehicle for another 4 days after we initially test drove the car. Our buying experience was fantastic! Hayden, Tim, Kevin and Kelly all really went out of their way to help us get an excellent monthly payment and work extremely hard to help make our budget and financial constrictions work! In the end, we got a lower payment than we were paying for our Camry. They offered us a great price for our Camry as well! Hayden went out of his way to get us an excellent services package while staying in our budget. At no point in time were any of the Colville Toyota staff rude, pushy or unprofessional! So, with the season ramping up, we were in need of some winter (snow) tires. I called a couple, national chains and got either ridiculous quotes or a sales pitch for further service. But, then I called a local, Colville Tire. They sell all the major brands, gave me options on what each set would run, installed. No pressure. No upsell. Cool! We made an appointment for a few weeks - closer to when we might start to need them. When we showed up, we were told the tires had not come in. This was pretty disappointing, not to mention annoying (we have to drive 40 miles to get there) since we'd scheduled so far ahead of time. The manager assured us we'd get a call to come in within a couple days. Sure enough, the call came and we scheduled for the next day. Service, once I got there, was prompt. The waiting area is a small, 12x12 room, but the four of us waiting were able to maintain "safe" distances (COVID). The final price was respectable - far better than we were quoted by the national competitors. We'll be back in the spring to get the tires switched out. Colville Tire did okay.

Then another male customer in line was aggressively harassing me because I wouldn't let him pet my dog. Mike's response? Join in with the customer and mock me if my dog minded if he gave me my change back. This is the scum they hire for MANAGEMENT?! Pathetic and completely unprofessional. I was planning on coming back and spending several hundreds of dollars on brand new tires. Needless to say, they will not be getting my business.
