Comanche appliance was called out under warranty by Whirlpool and decided on their trip that the appliance was not covered. The gentleman that stopped by was friendly and knowledgeable and said that there wouldn't be a charge since there was no work done and it was a warranty call from Whirlpool directly. A week later we were billed $135 for a service call that should have been covered. Whirlpool said Comanche should waive the visit fee due to it being assumed (by Whirlpool) that it was under warranty. Awful customer service from the office manager, and the owner. Instead of resolving any issues, they just tell you you are welcome to take your business somewhere else if you're unhappy. Lots of problems with service calls, communication issues, and being told one thing on the phone - while I was writing down what he said - then being told later, that's not what he told us. When questioned further, his comment was that he's not familiar with the file notes, and he would have to look all that up. Apparently they're wonderful as long as you don't have any issues but beware if you do because you're not going to be treated well. Avoid. read more

This company was recommended by Samsung to repair my refrigerator. They got the model number and error code so they could order the proper part. I was advised the service call would be $105 plus the labor and the part. When the technician was done NOT repairing the fridge because he had brought the wrong part, he presented me with a bill for $150 service call plus labor. Furthermore, he charged sales tax although there was nothing but services, no merchandise sold. He told me he would order the proper part. After a second week of waiting, I received a call from the office asking whether I wanted the part ordered. I was quoted an out-the-door price for the installation and purchase of the part. After more waiting, the tech came back, installed the part, and tried to charge me more than the quoted price. I'm guessing integrity is not the name of their game.... read more

I have used Comanche appliance on several occasions. First, for our remodel and now again for a second structure we built at our ranch. Robert is highly ethical and is great to work with. In addition to Robert I have now worked with Eric and the delivery crew and they were all awesome. You can go with the big box stores, save a few dollars and have no personal service but I would not recommend it. Comanche Appliance was within 1% of the quotes that I received from the online retailers. Spend local and deal with people that will call you back! read more

Terrible customer service. Took days to get an appointment. They then cancelled at the last minute after making me wait all day for the tech. Promised I'd be first thing the next morning. Two hours late and no phone call. I finally called them and was told that someone else had an emergency so they went there first. Again, no phone call. Was then told they would get to me when they got to me but They did say they would call the tech and ask when he'd be to my place...that was two hours ago, no word. I may have to send out a search party. read more
