This is easily one of the worst online ordering experiences I've ever had. Their entire system is disorganized, misleading, and the customer service is unbelievably bad. First of all, when you place an order, they don't even process it right away. Apparently they wait until they have a pile of orders before they bother doing anything. So your order just sits there while they take their time getting around to it. Then there's the shipping timeline. When they say 7-10 business days, they absolutely mean they will wait until the very last possible moment and ship it on day 10. Don't expect anything sooner because clearly there is no urgency on their end. To make things even worse, when placing the order the website clearly showed $0.00 for shipping. Naturally, anyone would expect that means shipping is free. Then after the order is placed, I get an email saying that if I want my item shipped, I'll have to pay for the shipping. How is that the customer's fault? If your website says $0.00 for shipping, then that's exactly what it should be -- not a bait-and-switch email afterward asking for more money. Trying to contact someone was another nightmare. I had to call multiple times just to get someone to answer the phone. And when someone finally did pick up, the experience somehow got even worse. The employee named Jackson delivered what is easily the most unprofessional customer service I've dealt with. Rude, talked back with attitude, and acted like the entire situation was somehow our fault for expecting basic service and for believing what their own website said. Between the misleading shipping information, delayed order processing, terrible communication, and unbelievably rude customer service, this company clearly does not care about their customers. I would never order from this website again and strongly recommend that anyone considering it take their business somewhere else. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place entirely. And on the bottem of all of here are 2 emails that De Leon Pharmacy send me calling me an Idiot! And to answer your statement, There are plenty of places that will ship to California. Ordered some mags from De Leon a few years back with no issues; however, recently I ordered mags from De Leon that arrived with the magazines in destroyed retail packaging being crammed into a substandard shipping box with no protection. The mags were, fortunately, OK, but the shipping was horrendous. Customer service has not even said they are sorry about the packaging. I'll pay a few bucks extra, if necessary, to never order from them again. Sayonara De Leon! read more

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DROPSHIPPER. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have placed a number of orders with this company and always received the items in the timeframe that they stated on their website. This is not my issue as it is with many others here. My issue is in my latest order I received a defective holosun optic right out of the box. I sent an email with no response on the first day. The second day I called and left a message. Which I did receive a call back that same day from their "customer service" person who was very rude and interrupted me multiple times. With the item being defective I was simply asking them to do a return for refund or exchange for a known good item. To which I was told they do not do return for any optics including defective merchandise and that I would have to go through the manufactures month plus long warranty process. I told them I have done that before and am not looking to do that on what should be a brand new working item. After this I was hung up on and not able to converse any further with them. I will never do business with this company again because if something is wrong they wont stand behind it. *****UPDATE RESPONSE TO OWNER COMMENT BELOW***** That is an absolute bold face lie that any such words were spoken from my mouth. Your "customer service" person was told sternly that it was rude to interrupt me when I was speaking after interrupting me for what was probably the 4th or 5th time. Have placed a couple of orders since my previous review. Good pricing, and they were able to source items that were out of stock most everywhere else. Shipped in a reasonable timeline given their shipping guidelines. Can still highly recommend. read more

I am very, very pleased with my entire experience dealing with this business. I was somewhat hesitant to buy from here at first, but I gave them a shot and I really could not be happier. The 3 items I purchased were all 45% cheaper than the exact same brand and part numbers as they were on scAmazon and shipping only cost me $12 total for the 3 items. The communication from De Leon was top notch, I received the items quickly and they were packaged with plenty of bubble wrap, even though they were indestructible without it. I am not someone who normally leaves reviews, but I am so pleased with my whole experience that I really felt obligated to do so. I hope others will give them a try, and not just dump more money into the big "MEGA" companies. Give the smaller sellers a try, and you may just be as happy as I am with them. De Leon's exceeded my expectations. Reading another review, I was skeptical, but decided to give it a try. The items I ordered needed to come from a warehouse and the website stated that it would take up to 10 business days. I received all the items in 6 days. One needs to keep in mind that this is not a big box store. I prefer to shop small businesses. Usually, I have to sacrifice on price or service. Not here. They have the best prices. On my second order, they sent me multiple emails to keep me updated. They even sent an email to let me know not to use a knife to open because some gloves I ordered were in the box. I do recommend you be sure you want an item before you purchase. The store has a restocking fee based on percentage. Working with other small stores, I can understand why. As was explained to me by a local store, when they order from a warehouse/distributed, they can't return it. If you decide to cancel your order, they have to keep it on their shelves hoping someone else will buy it. That is a significant risk for a small business to make. My local store requires a non-refundable deposit before they order from a warehouse. Read the information before you click the order button and you will be satisfied. I generally buy several boxes of ammo or higher priced items online. Here, the prices more than make up for the reasonable shipping fee. read more

I have had the pleasure of dealing with De Leon Pharm & Sporting Goods with 2 orders over the last month. The first order was for some shotgun shells which were not in the store inventory but were shipped within 14 days per their promised time frame. The second order was for some .22 Mag rim fired ammo which was in store stock and was also shipped as promised. The impressive thing about the second order was that the manufacturers box was wrapped in shrink wrap to keep the boxes from opening during shipping. A small thing for sure but the extra step was much appreciated. I plan on dealing with them in the future and have passed the good word about them to my fellow shooters here in FL. read more

I believe that there are lot more reputable gun shops online. De Leon Pharmacy and Sporting Goods has complaints with the BBB, the FCC, and the local attorney general in regards to questionable business practices, none shipment of merchandise, partial refunds and bait and switch tactics. I have shopped with them twice. The second time was not very pleasant. The best price isn't always the best price. I believe customers buying here should do their due diligence and be aware that we all can be taken by bait and switch tactics that consumers are constantly warned about. When in doubt, shop elsewhere, as I should have. Just my opinion. read more
