The price is going higher and higher and it's totally not worthy to live there. There are tons of apartments which are better than this. This apartment just trick new coming international students and trust me, I've lived there. What's more, good services cannot be the reason to ignore people after they moved out. They didn't return my security deposit after I moved out, even don't return my emails so be careful of the irresponsible managers. After been here for this long, choosing Residence@MaldenCenter is the worst decision I've made because I not only met awful managers but also suffered from serious arrogant and naive&disgusting roommates. I'll never made that mistake ever again. If I can't get my security deposit back, I think it's my obligation to let everyone around here to know, be careful about this apartment.
