Had Xfinity wifi for a year and moved out of state so canceled the service and returned the equipment the day I left. I kept receiving calls about how I failed to turn in a piece of equipment that I know for a fact we returned with the other equipment. I paid $60 a month for 500mb wifi and was charged $116 apparently for wifi use from 05/04-06/01. I returned the equipment 05/02 and they doubled my rate and tried to say it wasn't for the equipment (because the equipment was obviously returned when I gave the reference number from the receipt) but for the wifi bill and moving fees. The work around it took just to get a person on the line was ridiculous and a 30 min process to get a refund even though they seamlessly transferred the 116 at 3am from an already cancelled account. For them to charge me after my accounts canceled for services that didn't exist is extremely shady. If you can use any other provider do it. read more
