This is simply an update on the rebate issue - talked with Keith (Owner/Manager) today and he advised that had spoken with OnStar and the rebate was valid and all I needed to do was swing back by and he'd have the $100 waiting. Service was top notch and they went the extra mile to check on something they didin't know about. Refreshing attitude and actions in today's age. Kudos to them!!!!! read more

I wouldn't give this one star if I could write review without selecting at least one. Very shady and unclear about pricing. I spent close to 2500.00 and the tweeters blowed after 2 days . The ones recommended by the salesman by the way. Then they said we can upgrade the tweeter only for another 100. 00. I'm thinking I spent all this money and they charging me to install a product that they sold me that lasted 2 days. Stay away !!!! They would try to sell u a dead skunk if they knew it was a chance you be crazy enough to buy it. Very sad people are so money hungry and forget how good business is suppose to be. They need schooling a business and consumer care!!! read more

I was in the market to have a radio installed in my vehicle, so the first thing I did was call ahead to get a price quote...to see if it was even worth the trip. The person who answered the phone was very vague & suggested the best thing for me to do was come in so he could look at my vehicle. When I got there...the first tell tale sign I should have noticed to not even waste my time, was there were no customers...not a single vehicle in the parking lot. I went in the store & all the employees were standing around chewing the fat & then I guess he was the manager asked me if he could help me. I told him I was there to see how much it would cost to have a radio installed into a 2005 Saturn Vue...he asked me if I had the radio & I told him yes, he then asked me to go get the radio...so I did & when I came back with the radio...he immediately started key punching in numbers - mumbling under his breath different items that I would need to get the radio installed. (Mind you, he never went out to my truck to see anything, which is the main reason I drove down there in the first place.) When all was said & done he quoted me a price of $235, which I knew was a bunch of crap. I told him no thanks, I would go some where else & then he started asking me what I thought I should be charged & I told him "no where close to $235!" This morning I called the Geek Squad at Best Buy...the gentleman who answered the phone was very professional & gave me a price quote immediately...parts, & labor came to a whooping $100!!! In conclusion, don't waste your time at suncoast sounds - they are rude, unprofessional & a bunch of lying crooks!!! read more

My husband and I bought a new dvd player from here for our new car. They charged us $800 for a piece of crap dvd player, it wont play anything off a USB drive even though they told us it would. It wont even play blue ray. If you want to pay premium prices for obsolete merchandise this is the place to go. Found the same DVD player online for $200. read more

Purchased an $800 radio that came out to be close to $1500 once installed, but I was ok with the price cause the salesman promised it would do the things I want. Waited 2 hours once installed me and the installer went through it I was told they didn't have and parts in stock to make XM radio work and that I would have to come back and get it at a later date which I was fine with that. Then the installer started showing me all the functions of the unit which most didn't even work. He had no explanation. I plugged my I phone to the unit and it surged on and off, installer said "it was my phone that was the problem" so when I went home I plugged my wife's iphone into the unit and it fried it ($400 phone ruined) by this time I was furious not only did the $1500 radio not work but it also ruined my wife's phone. Called the owner and advised I wanted this radio taken out and have my old radio put back in which they did but charged me $300 for install. This is bad business!!!!!! I didn't even asked for them to reimburse me on the phone the radio destroyed I just wanted to have my old radio put back in and give me a full refund, Well they kept $300..... I would not recommend this place of business to anyone. You would think if you spent $1500 on a radio you would get quality merchandise and quality service. read more
