But seeing Valerie's preparation with all the necessary documents, vet information, emergency contacts, and daily schedule made it immediately clear we were in good hands. Valerie was watching our cat, which included feeding, playing, and litter-cleaning. She also offered to take in the mail, water any plants, and send text/photo updates as frequently as every day (we took her up on the last offer, which was charming and gave our family some good laughs over the holidays). It was like we never left when we returned, and I can't imagine a better compliment for a pet sitter. We came back to a happy cat, which made for some happy cat owners. The facility is clean, big, has outdoor space, and cameras to check in on your pup during the day. I also really enjoyed getting a recap/evaluation and a video from the day. They also have a parking lot, which is perfect for this area! We've tried a few daycares when he was a puppy, and this was his first and only choice! He's been going here since he attended Puppy Pre-K - which was about 7 months ago! He's now graduated to Tiny Town or Littles the staff is great about making sure all dogs get along as well. The staff is compassionate, caring, very well educated and make sure Jett is always safe (considering he's a whopping 6lbs). Some staff are also trainers, which I love! They all understand and know Jett, so we will always be coming here - unless Jett decides he's too old for daycare someday, as he starts to calm down from being a puppy. They always sent report cards during Puppy Pre-K and send them when he does the trick of the month as well, which I love to read how he did and what they worked on. Jett has made a bunch of friends, but he has about 3 really close doggy friends - that he absolutely loves! Metro Dogs also offers birthday parties, and that was the best idea ever, Jett had a blast with his best friends a couple months ago! I highly recommend Metro Dogs and tell all my friends and coworkers about Metro Dogs! They treat small animals domestics of all sorts, including exotics. This is the second time I have brought my pet there. The first time, they did not let us see while they did the exam, they brought him to a different room. The second time was for an injury check-up and they did let me stay in the room. The care was good both times, but it's still $100 for a basic check up, and both times it took a long time to be seen. So a 5 minute visit with the vet ended up taking an hour, just with the waiting. That part needs to be improved.

I'm retired now and no longer need doggie daycare for work, but will still bring Sammy here to play for 1/2 day or full day care at least once or twice a week. He loves the staff and when I pick him up after play they hug and cuddle him goodbye. He gets so much needed playtime and his social skills with other dogs are great! I've recommended Silver Dog to my friends. I have several family and friends who bring their dog here. As for the staff, they are so nice and I feel like they're more friends than business acquaintances.

I had to miss a class and I asked the instructor and the receptionist to send me the syllabus for the class I missed. Neither people followed through with the material. The instructor was odd about it which makes me believe they don't have one. I have attended 5 different schools in the last 20 years and this by far was the worst instructor and format I have come across. They don't have make up classes which I thought was odd as all the other schools I've attended catered to the customers needs. I enrolled so the class would not be cancelled due to attendance to help out a friend. I am now enrolled in Go Anywhere Dog classes. I took the initial puppy class and thoroughly enjoyed the class and instructors.

Many are really made to optimize profit often at the expense of the dog and their well-being. This absolutely is not the case with fusion pet retreat. We were completely pleased with how our Daycare trial went for our two dogs. We got a great tour of the facility. It was very clean and notably. It was one of the few places where when you go into the back, the dogs in their kennels are not barking and crying or showing any signs of distress . Most of them were sleeping soundly in their respective areas. The manager was great. Answered all the questions and gave us a very thorough rundown of what to expect. Sion is very unique and that they do many different things to accommodate the specific personality of the dog. And it was very obvious that the people who work here understand dogs and enjoy them. It is an open play experience, but they do not have the dogs play all day every day, which is actually very good for them! They have them take breaks so they do not get over stimulated-which is unique to Fusion and highlights their knowledge of dogs. The place is huge and not at all crowded. They have several different areas for the dogs to play so that they can easily group them by play style. My one dog it's only eight months old and newer to this environment so he was a little timid. We got many videos and photos of him playing with other More timid dogs, and several staff members who slowly introduced him to the bigger area and he was very happy. I absolutely LOVE this Keith Hedges! He's the ONLY vet I take my dog Chewy to! My dog was very sick…read morewith pancreatitis. He was in terrible pain and he had a high fever. The emergency vet said it would be a 5-6 hour wait just to get Chewy back to see a vet. I called Dr. Hedges, and at 10 pm that night he met me at his clinic, at treated Chewy with fluids, pain medication, and antibiotics. He had so much compassion, I was and am so grateful. I'm happy to report Chewy is fine now. I'm pretty sure Dr Hedges saved my dog's life that night. All the support staff at Brighton are just as exceptional as Dr Hedges. I'll never stop going to them, they absolutely are the best!!
