He said the best way was to also open a checking account at FB so I could move the LC funds to the checking and then wire/transfer to my bank in Socal. He did not tell me that FB will only allow me to wire $3000/mo. of MY MONEY. FB has terrible rules regarding your money. They will not allow you to remove more than $3000/mo no matter how much you have, how you do it, or how much proof that you are you .

We went in for a home equity loan and had spoken with some random person on the phone. They'd assured us that our current loan would be closed out, paid off, and a new one opened in its place. Didn't happen. When we went into sign with Santos, they'd just extended the current line. We didn't realize it would mean much, so we didn't care. But Santos said we could get a better rate with the original plan. So, he took the time to explain that and work with us over the course of a couple of weeks to get the loan type and amount that would get us the best rate. He didn't have to do that. He could've taken advantage of our naïveté and coasted through doing little work. Instead, he chose to make his job harder to give us quality service. You don't see that kind of commitment very often anymore.

They put me in touch with a fixer who assured me he would stay in contact and get this fixed. He did this for a week claiming their team was working on it. Basically calling me and my computer a liar. Now I have not heard a peep from them. This is so unprofessional- Do Not Bank with these people . Especially if you have an up to date Mac book.
