We trusted Texas Laundry with our pieces for work, funerals, weddings, date nights and other special occasions. Now, we're on the hunt for a new dry cleaner. The attention to detail was thrown out the door within the last year. Inside my husband's latest pickup was a pair of Ralph Lauren Polo pants with new holes on the back of the leg. Customer service and basic courtesy high-tailed it, as well. There's a woman working the front counter and drive-thru, who has one of the worst attitudes I've ever encountered in my entire life. Everything is a bother to her... whether it's sprinkling and she has to come out and deliver your clothes or walk to the cash register to scan your credit card. The only great thing to come out of all this is that I no longer have to drive 30 minutes out of my way to drop off & pick up our clothes.
