I have never done a review for a Dry Cleaner before, but this one was sure worth it! I can't say anything but good things about this business. I have a wedding to attend in a week and needed to act soon for dry cleaning. I found Stonelake Dry Cleaners on Yelp and submitted a message to figure out how long it would take and General Cost. Within a few Minutes the owner James responded and answered my question. The attentiveness and quick response was an immediate plus for me. From there a couple of message exchanges later, we settle on dropping off the items on a Saturday Morning. James said he would have it ready by Monday after 4:00pm Went to Stonelake to drop off the items. James was very welcoming and pleasant to deal with in real life. Drop off was quick. He looked at the items, provided me a ticket and off we go. He said Monday after 4:00pm it would be available. Other places I've dealt with in the past had longer turn around times up to a week or more depending on how busy they were. James mentioned if I had dropped it off earlier, they could do same day service. But being I was in no rush, I was fine to wait a couple of days plus I had a busy schedule. Come pick up day, the process was smooth and easy I wang to highlight that James even insisted on bringing out the items and even hung them up in the car for us. He did not need to do that! I also saw him do that with another customer as I pulled up. This speaks volumes about James and his Business!
