I thought all hope was utterly lost until I came to JR's! I came to have both pairs assessed because I was SURE they were far too gone to repair! FEAR NOT-- hope was renewed as he told me he could repair my poor beloved boots. I put half the amount down so he could start and then came back 2 weeks later and they were finished! JR even cleaned the outsides for me really well and conditioned them! I actually didn't even know these boots were real leather, it had been so long and the tag on the inside is literally hanging on by threads. The only reason why I did not put 5 stars is because I had to call and ask about completion and I popped in 2 times to check. That was not a big deal for me because I live so close to the shop. However, if I were further away I could see how it could be an inconvenience. Thank you,JR!!! I wore them throughout the winter and rainy season!
