dropped off a brand new pair of mens pants to get heavy starch went next day to pick them up and they had put light starch, I checked the pants and they had to burn marks on the pants. they told me to leave them and they would fix them, went back and the young boy at the counter kept laughing and calling me BRO when I got upset. I left again without he pants because he told me the owner would be in later and call me (never happened) The punk also told me that NOBODY that worked there spoke english an started laughing again. I went back the next monday the girl told me that nobody had looked at them and to bring a receipt for the pants and they would pay for them. we went back a few days later and the same little PUNK working the front desk said that they would not reimburse us for the jeans and that they were stains an not burns..... If I could leave a negative star I would. This is the worse place to go to. Lost a pair of brand new Ariat jeans then wants to act like we are lying about the brand and not give our money back or do anything about it. Was only told that they will call us if they find them but won't replace them then tries to say that our jeans are Wranglers when my husband has never even had Wranglers. The manager is rude! The staff upfront has always been nice but the owner is the worst! Bad for business if you can't be good for your word! Never again. He is losing a lot of customers because my family uses this place as well and they will not be coming back either!! read more

Been using this CHRISTian, family owned and operated, business since we moved here in 2002. If they ever made a mistake, missed a broken button, in 16years, they had no problem owning up to it, apologizing ang making it up to me. Though ALWAYS busier than a one armed wallpaper hanger, They are always courteous, thorough, ritualistic in taking in my orders, as to not lose anything.... as well as kind and patient, not panicking (even with a long line) While getting my clothes, Everyone gets their undevided attention, so there's no confusing orders. The worst dry cleaners we have ever used. They ruined 3 expensive dress shirts without acknowledgment and blamed us for not checking for spots before we left with them. Also spot cleaned the wrong shirt with no stains and then cleaned and pressed (and set) the one with stains. When I tried to address my concerns, my number was taken so the manager could call, which he never did. Terrible management and service. read more

The absolute worst dry cleaner I have ever used. They do not even deserve 1 star. I took in 2 pieces, 1 comforter and 1 duvet cover. Neither were cleaned. The counter/customer service girl was the rudest person and had no interest in trying to resolve the matter. $60+ later I still have 2 items needing to be cleaned. Worst cleaners ever! Clothes are a mess when you get them home. Every item needs to be ironed. They are literally thrown on the hangars and tossed in the plastic bags. "I'm calling the police!"..."that's theft!" said one of the managers after I refused to pay for a starch and press job on a basic button down cotten shirt that they had ironed severe wrinkles into in the arm seam front and back and the yoke. The "manager" was confrontational and could not seem to understand the concept of agreed upon work and the right not to pay if the agreement was breached. Don't let the Christian logos on the front of the store fool you....the "manager" that wanted to call the police does not know right from wrong!! Worse cleaners in the country!!...with an "r"!
