i got absolutely scammed. they did not discuss the price beforehand, maybe it's partially my fault for assuming it would be reasonable, I was told the dry cleaning would be $20 which I agreed to, but I needed 2 minor alterations done to an azazie dress I needed for a wedding. I just needed the bottom hemmed and bust cups added, and I provided my own bust cups. I do minor alterations myself, but I'm traveling, visiting family, and have a baby and a toddler so this would be much quicker and I wanted to enjoy time with my family. I come in to pick up my dress and the bust cups had fallen off during cleaning. i come back 2 days later so that they are attached and they're on upside down. I finally give up and just accept I'll have to do it myself. the dress is cleaned and hemmed, they take the bust cup charge off (which i found out was like $25 for a couple stitches on the lining), and the hemming charge was $75!!!! SEVENTY-FIVE to hem no more than 2 yards at the bottom of the dress. a single layer of fabric. I don't even charge that much to hem curtains! and I STILL need to fix the dress myself while watching a baby and a 2 year old. Absurdly expensive, I absolutely should have been told it was going to cost way above market price for a simple hemming job. Will NEVER go there again. read more

They always do a great job on my laundry. Never had anything altered but $4 for a replacement button I thought was pretty pricey . ‍

DO NOT USE THIS cleaner if you value your natural fiber garments such as wool. They shrunk my hand made Irish wool sweater!!! They tried to make it right 3 times by stretching it back. Upon the 3rd time I said "No more". The naturals fibers had been so overworked they felt terrible - almost like felt, it was stretched unevenly, and still way too small. I asked them to pay me for this almost new Christmas present but they refused. So now they also have the money I spent to clean it and I have a RUINED UNWEARABLE SWEATER!!!. If I could give no star I would. And one more thing- the button holes are PERMANENTLY SHRUNK! The sweater is 7" smaller than it is supposed to be and misshaped. No amount of strength could get the buttons through these minute holes ever again. So giving this sweater away would be pointless as it won't button!!!! This owner does not know how to do good business nor does he care!!!! Any reputable, honest, and wise owner would make the cost of this sweater good as well as the cost to "clean" it!!!! Plus my husband went back there to talk to them and the lady lied and told him I was happy with the sweater and that it was fine. Then he tried to show her the sweater again and the button holes and she shooed him out of the store and walked away. Horrible! read more

I'm actually not reviewing this as a dry cleaning service, but as a great tailoring service. I have taken work slacks and jeans here to be hemmed and they always do a quick and quality job. It usually runs around $10 per pair of pants, and they have even done them overnight without me even requesting that speedy of service. read more

This cleaners is not good. Years ago they ruined about 10 of my husband's dress shirts. They refused to take responsibility. Recently my husband took a new jacket to be pressed. He has never worn this jacket and when he put it on this morning a button was broken. I am sure they will not take responsibility for this either. I would not even given this place 1 star. AVOID THIS BUSINESS! They are rude to customers, unable to complete a simple hem and taper, and definitely do not value their customers. Went here to get some dress pants hemmed and tapered. They only tapered from one side leaving the crease to no longer be centered when I got the pants back. Took them back so they could taper from both sides of the leg, keeping the crease centered, and when I picked up the pants this time they were too short (apparently they had to redo the hem in order to fix the taper). Finally went to pick up the same two dress pants a third time and the crease was centered and the hem was finally correct. Each time I brought the pants back it was a long discussion with the seamstress and front desk worker, that usually entailed them insisting they did it correctly when it was quite obvious that it was not correct. I assumed after all of that they would be able to handle more dress pants for me (exact same pant as the two before), but they refused to do any more pants and said it was "too much work". If a place that advertises their alterations is unwilling to hem and taper pants, it is definitely not a place I would recommend to anyone. read more
