Easy to drop off, fast service, friendly staff. Prices very reasonable. Only down side is no drive through.

Glad to find a local dry cleaners that does such an excellent job! An extra plus that the staff is ever so sweet! Dropped off several sport coats, which I thought a slight pricey at nearly $7 each but considering I came in after 5 PM on a Friday and they were available for pick up the next day by 2 PM, it didn't seem too bad. They also had a Yelp check-in coupon for 20% off so that came in handy. Initially I had my 3 year-old with me and both the woman who checked us out as well as the young male worker took the time to speak with him. He was very interested in going into the back and he was jokingly offered a job once he turned 16! Even with the few minutes of chit chat and setting up a new account, drop off was easy and surprisingly quick. Pick up was just as smooth. I liked that they helped me get the hangers up off the rod being that they were rather heavy. All of the jackets looked good as new and had a pleasant, fresh sent. I don't mind paying a little more knowing our clothes are going to be cleaned and pressed properly, not too mention the quick turn around and friendly staff. Will definitely be back! read more

I was looking around for for a new dry cleaner that did a good job for a reasonable price. A couple friends recommended Centre Cleaners and I had a few other recommendations so I decided to take identical items to several dry cleaners and see who won the challenge. So far, this cleaners is ahead and here's why. They counted all of my items for laundering and dry cleaning. I'm very careful about counting and photographing what I take since I've had a bad experience with another dry cleaning losing items. They give me a ticket and tell me when it'll be ready. Duh. So I picked up my stuff today and it was all there, my dry cleaned sweaters were expertly folded with tissue and hanging over a tube hanger. Yay. The men's shirts looked very nice and instead of the sleeves just hanging, they were brought across the front of the shirt and the cuffs were clipped together so they'd stay there! Also, these clothes didn't have that "dry cleaner smell". So, they do a great job but the dry cleaned items were $5.75 each (ouch) and the shirts were $1.70. I have a ton of laundry so I'll see if I really want to continue to drive so far and beat these prices but so far they're doing a great job. Great for cleaners but I wouldn't recommend them for alterations. We had a pair of jeans hemmed, they were supposed to take off 2 inches... the jeans are like 2 cm shorter... also the hem is sloppy and crooked, so we have to have the jeans done again and will be taking them to a different place for alterations. But they are good service for dry cleaning. read more

Very disappointed. I was in need of a new dry cleaner so I gave them a try. My shirts, the majority of them not all, came back with small black flecks on them! It was disappointing, not to mention I could do a better job at ironing my own shirts with all the wrinkles that were pressed in. I really wanted to like it here. Oh well! I am highly upset with this cleaners. I have been a customer for years. A couple of weeks ago, I took a blouse to be cleaned. When I picked it up, I took it home and tried it on. It had shrunk. I took it back to the cleaners. When I told the young lady at the cleaners about my situation, she told me there was nothing she could do. She stated that things like that just happened sometimes. She asked me to leave the blouse with her, and she would have the manager call me on Monday. She attached my phone number to the blouse. That was on a Saturday. I waited until Wednesday and received no call. I then called the cleaners. The lady who answered the phone said she had seen my blouse and didn't know she was supposed to call me. She asked me to call back and speak with the manager. I did, and the manager asked me to come back and she would take care of me. When I came back and spoke directly to the manager, she told me she would not assume responsibility. She told me to take it back to the store where I purchased it. I purchased it in Paris, France. I told her that, and she said that she didn't do anything wrong. She cleaned the blouse as directed. I had even suggested that she could compensate me in $25 worth of future dry cleaning. She would not accept any responsibility and told me it was fine if I never came back. I have been a customer for years, and to be honest with you, I was insulted by their lack of regard towards me as a customer. I will not be back, and I do not consider this an establishment that stands by their work much less their customers. I do not recommend them. Find another cleaners. I intend to do just that! read more
