While maintaining the highest level of professionalism, they also created a warm, welcoming, almost family-like experience from start to finish. They took meticulous care of all of my laundry, including handmade crocheted afghans my mother made, which meant more to me than I can put into words. Every item was washed, dried, folded, and handled according to the appropriate material type, with incredible attention to detail and respect. They completed 222 pounds of laundry -- 19 bags plus 3 hangers -- in under 24 hours, helped load everything into my car, and did it all with genuine courtesy, kindness, and smiles. From beginning to end, the entire process was seamless and stress-free. This is hands down the most professional group I have ever interacted with at a laundromat. They also offer so many additional services that I cannot wait to utilize in the future. Service like this is rare. Samantha and her team set the gold standard for what laundry service should be, and they've earned a lifelong customer. I recommend them to everybody. I will never go anywhere else.

We were promised a call back when I laundry was done no call back happened. When we did go pick up a Laundry, we had to return because the person who gave us a Laundry forgot that they place things on hangers and did not give it to us. We put most of our laundry away and it was fine. I missed a bag to put away. It was a small bag that had sheets and a couple of T-shirts and shirts and towels shoved into it when I opened it three of the shirts were damaged with dye from something else three of the towels that were blue and white were damage with die from something else . Upon calling the laundromat, the attendant told me she did remember us, and we told her that we didn't want bleach, and that she didn't have to separate the lights from the darks. That was never part of our conversation. When I ask what she would do about the damage clothing ? She stated that she did not bother to tell us about however, she took it upon herself to rewash it re-dry it so the stains are now set in, and no one can get them out. She said that the manage will be in a week from Thursday and I should call them. This is not helping out your customer or customer satisfaction. I can't believe that someone would be so haphazard with somebody else is laundry that I am paying you money for to do my laundry and you turn around and blame me the customer for the Damage, outrageous would never recommend this place for you to go to do your laundry with again!

One woman locks the door and tells you to use the bathroom by 5 even though they close at 6. Also, on Thursday there is a guy who vacuums right around you while you are doing your laundry. No boundaries. This is something that should be done before opening or after closing. It's bad enough they vacuum while open, but they do it around you and that is unacceptable.

At one point they told me they found my clothes and were going to drop them off. Never did nor did they call to say they didn't actually find them. The manager emailed me to inform me that they don't value any piece of laundry above $25 nor are they responsible for reparations above $100. It was thousands of dollars of clothes. They don't actually care about your clothes. Don't use the service unless you're ready to lose your clothes and then battle with them about payment.

I have called and called and can't get a straight answer about when I can get my stuff back. I stopped in to ask, and got screamed at by both the owner and one of his staff member. This is not how you operate a business. I have expensive horses, and in this cold rainy weather, they need to have blankets on. Their health is at risk. Went back for my missing clothes and they charged me for the whole load again. I made the mistake of paying cash the first time and whatever crooked person was at the counter must have stolen it. No effort to make it right, or apply simple logic. If I didn't pay the first time, why would they have given me my clothes then? New ownership, crooked business, even if you ask the old employees, they'll tell you just how rancid these people are.
