Today paid them $208 for a line modification and since they were not able to fix the outside unit asked to check the attack and although I asked them to be careful, one of their young employee was not careful and had his feet through your ceiling. I am glad that he is okay but instead of wait to talk with me they just drove off and after call twice and ask to talk with the owner have received an unreasonable email. I try to support local firms but this type of pos sale is extremely poor.
