Contacted my regular plumber (not Cox) and found out he was out of town on vacation. Finally called Cox after 5 pm. Was pleasantly surprised when he answered the phone. He had other jobs already scheduled but was able to come by on Sunday afternoon. (I had shut off everything I could think of so the leak had stopped. Was afraid it was the toilet by the kitchen.) He was able to arrive an hour earlier than he expected which was great. Long store short... he was able to diagnose the actual problem (wasn't the toilet) and the issue was resolved. Very professional, very knowledgeable, very personable. Nice guy and the cost was actually less than I expected for an emergency weekend plumbing call. Hope I never need a plumber again but I would definitely use Cox Plumbing again.

I was looking for someone to make my dryer buzzer louder. I know it's not that serious a problem…read more However, it is for this 78-year-old lady. He is the only one who responded, and he told me that most of the time it can't be made to buzz louder. He said he might be able to do something, but that would cost hundreds of dollars. I really appreciate his responding to me, and now I will be sure to contact him should I have any problems with any of my appliances. It is refreshing to find someone locally who genuinely cares about helping others. I believe he is the same one who came out a year or so ago, because his granddaughter accompanied him. I didn't get any contact information from him at the time. Now I know how to contact him. And I will, for sure, if and when I may need his services.

I am inn the county so we get to have all those wonderful homeowner joys of field beds, lines, etc. I called on Tuesday morning (after my son and I snaked the lines all weekend), explained my severed problem (still had a house full of family from the holidays). I was told it would be tomorrow. I thought now what. They called back in about an hour said they would be here today. These guys stayed and helped snake the lines, pumped the tank and worked with us to get it resolved. If you EVER need someone, call these people. They are professional, precious, caring and thorough.
