I've always requested masseurs because I need deep tissue massage everytime. From Peter to Owen who are always in demand, and today, John who did an amazing job massaging me for 2 hours straight. It was so good that I felt compelled to leave an outstanding review. You'll never get a better price and service than this place. All the massage therapists are very well trained and no matter who you get, you get the same style of massage -- probably just different intensity. I typically have nothing but good things to say about this spot but tonight was a complete miss. Me and my mom went in with an appointment for 2 2hr full body massages. They wanted payment prior to the service which was fine but they were heavily emphasizing their cash tip policy (which I was initially fine with but I'll get to that later). Upon entering I noticed that they have different masseuses since the last time we were here. The two masseuses assigned to me and my mom were a lot older and unable to provide good and consistent pressure but because of their age, we didn't complain. My back massage was okay but when it got to the end of my massage she essentially just rubbed a ton of oil on my feet for 15mins. Again, I was just going to let it go but what really prompted me to update my review was because at the end of my massage I realized I left my cash tip with my mom. Because my masseuse was clearly standing there waiting for me to give her her tip, I gave her $10 and told her the rest of my cash was with my mom....instead of her listening, she saw the $10 looked at me in disgust and said "I give you 2 hr massage". Again, I explained that my mom had my cash....i ended up just giving her another $10 totaling to a $20 tip for a $100 massage (which I feel is more than fair), but she clearly wasn't happy about because she still glared at me and didn't say thank you. The must disappointing part was that I didn't even enjoy my massage as much as I normally do when I came. I was mortified with the way she reacted. It was the most embarrassing thing I've experienced here. As much as I want to come back, I really don't know if I'll be able to if this is the new vibe they are going for. read more

Clean, professional, budget friendly, and relaxing atmosphere. Bonus that it is conveniently located next to restaurants, a consideration for after the massage. I got the 90 min massage which includes hot stones. Nancy was my masseuse, highly recommended. Shoulder and my upper/lower back are chronic issues so she appled firm pressure and it felt fantastic. Her calf massage was super pleasant and I actually enjoyed it. Other people have done a calf massage which is usually painful. Not Nancy, she did a great calf, arm/hand, neck, and hot stones massage. i came in today for a massage. as i was leaving, i had one foot out of the door when the receptionist and massage therapist came running out behind me. i thought i had left something behind... NO! they were telling me 'no tip??' and i said 'excuse me?' - because demanding a tip i think is a little absurd. the receptionist said 'you have no tip!'. at this point im out of the front door being harassed for a tip. so i reached into my purse and said 'i have quarters'. the receptionist said 'we can re run credit card to tip on card'. to which i stood there for a second. baffled. i had already paid $50 for the massage. and now im being forced to tip. i took a step forward (keep in mind, im outside). and they took a step forward with me. i grabbed the dollar bills i had- and handed them to her and told her i would be writing a review. i have never felt so uncomfortable- and forced into tipping before. absolutely NOT okay. so- be prepared to tip. and if you don't, be prepared to be chased out and cornered. i came in today, and left around 2:30pm. absolutely outrageous and i feel horrible. read more

She made sure to ask if the pressure was comfortable and adjusted her technique to be gentler since I'm sensitive to pain. It was already late when I called to ask if they can accommodate us. It was a peak hour and I'm not expecting that they will accommodate us the last minute but they did. Usually love coming to this place for a massage. I've recommended so many people to come here they do a good job! One thing I hate is they demand a tip! I mean it's your choice if you wanna give it or not. But you shouldn't be compelling someone. today I went in with my family and we all got 1 hour massages and they demanded We give a tip. I'm not that type of person to walk out without giving a tip but jeez it was so rude I gave them a tip and left and they literally chased us in the parking lot to tip more. Like how rude is that? Tips are out of curiosity it's not necessary. You have a choice to tip and how much you want to tip if you do but for them to demand more is rude as hell. I don't think I'm gonna come here again. First time visit August 27 2019 1:15pm I selected the combo massage 30 minute foot massage 60 minute back massage The front desk lady sent me to a gentleman that she called Chris. He was rather quiet, and the interaction very much felt like a transaction, instead of a personal massage experience. I am a short person and my feet didn't reach the water level in the bowl, as it was quite low and not hot, it was at best lukewarm. I had to be adjusted several times which wasn't exactly the most comfortable. The massage had moments of positive and negative. The massage of my face was quite awkward, it was not pleasing whatsoever, not enough massage oil on his hands to glide along my face, I was happy it was very brief. The massage of my neck and shoulders was great. Although, I am sure it would have been much easier to have my top shirt removed, and also ensure massage oil wasn't on my clothing, but it felt nice. I was thinking okay if the massage continues feeling this nice, this alone will have me return. The massage of my feet was very brief and I did not feel as though much effort had been put into the foot massage. Sadly it was disappointing. It was time to flip over and Chris lifted the towel for my privacy while instructing me to remove my shirt. I did not realise the back massage was not over the towel or my clothing which was done for my neck, shoulders, arms, and legs. If i had known I would have just requested a massage only and done so in the private room. Since, I would have been fine without my mediocre foot massage. Some of the pressure was far too intense, thankfully Chris adjusted when I voiced it was too much for me to endure. Pointy elbows are not a good idea to be applied every part of the back. Overall, I left feeling good. Yet the following day my shoulders were sore and sensitive to the touch, on the bright side there aren't any visible bruises. I would return and most likely book with the gentleman Peter whose name appears in a lot of the reviews. read more
