My experience here has been super 50-50. The first time I came it was a great massage, so I decided to come back and book a 90 minute session I specifically requested someone strong, and whoever they gave me was not only weak, but had the worst technique I've experienced in my life. It felt like all she was doing, was rubbing lotion all over me. When she stood on my back it felt like when she was trying to break my lower back/spine because she was only pressing on the bones. I was so displeased that I asked if I could just end the Massage and pay for the 30 minutes that I was there. Instead, they gave me a different massage Therapist named Coco and she was amazing. I gave her a nice tip because she definitely deserved it, but I'm still very disappointed in the one they started me off with. When she asked if I wanted a head massage, I said yes, but it didn't feel soothing at all. My left ear started hurting afterward. Very unprofessional. I called to make an appointment as I'm dealing with severe lower back pain. They gave me an appointment time of 7:30pm. I showed up at my appointment time only to be turned away because they told me that they overbooked. That is not my problem that is their problem and they were unable to accommodate me so I had to get in my car and drive back home, which is not that close of a drive. Very disappointing. I am not interested in getting a massage. I developed sciatica and my right leg and hip hurt to much to sleep. My chiropractor said to try deep tissue massage. I was skeptical but had to try anything. My friend recommended Lucky Massage. My masseuse was Coco I told the operator I wanted a 1 hour deep tissue massage. It was painful.just lay on my stomach so I told her to get it over with. I couldn't take anymore after 40 minutes and said stop. She didn't know why. I asked for water and struggled to sit up. She brought the water am I said go. She had me lay on my back which was very painful. I was ready to leave but she didn't the front of my thigh and painful. I knew I wasn't coming back. I have gone several times now for 60 minute and 90-minute deep tissue massages. Such a great price point for the amount of time and quality. The space is nice and dark and the tables are separated by cloth curtains, so there is some decent noise overflow from space to space, but it hasn't been too distracting. They can go very strong for deep tissue, and when I've had particularly bad knots, they will use hot stones and hot bean bags. One time, a gua sha was used for some bad knots on my neck. They really know their stuff! They accept credit cards, but there is a $1 extra charge. And if you want to buy the 10 for 11 massages deal, it can only be purchased in cash only. read more

I got a call from someone I guess was the manager who offered me a makeup massage, tip included. Though skeptical, I agreed. Perhaps I just got the wrong person. It happens. Called a few days ago to schedule my massage and requested someone else. I was assured that woman didn't work here anymore. Well hopefully she's attending massage school before she hurts someone. Today was my "makeup massage" and I gotta say I'm equally as disappointed as I was the 1st time. I will admit it felt nice to be rubbed and if that's all you need and want, the price can't be beat. Just moved to the area from Orange County and to my surprise i was able to find another massage parlor that I could add as my go-to! So after a long day of standing on my feet I was able to get a massage as with a walk in. If your anything like me you can feel your body start to get stiff and achey from all over so I definitely was in need of relaxing and therapeutic massage. I'll start of by saying whatever tension I had was no longer an after thought. This was just the impromptu trip I needed and I think I'll make this a routine here. From start to finish the whole experience was near perfect I say perfect because if you want all the fluff and amenities you can pay the extra however I got more than I bargained for. I requested a male therapist for the extra pressure and I'm glad I asked as they got in deep and released my knots and still was able to make the massage relaxing as they melted away the tension that was building in my lower and mid back. When they started working on my feet I was a bit ticklish but the reflexology was the cherry on top. Walking out of the place I immediately almost wanted to go back for an extra 30 mins that's how good it was. The reflexology actually helped improve the circulation of my blood flow from head to toe.
