My experience here has been super 50-50. The first time I came it was a great massage, so I decided to come back and book a 90 minute session I specifically requested someone strong, and whoever they gave me was not only weak, but had the worst technique I've experienced in my life. It felt like all she was doing, was rubbing lotion all over me. When she stood on my back it felt like when she was trying to break my lower back/spine because she was only pressing on the bones. I was so displeased that I asked if I could just end the Massage and pay for the 30 minutes that I was there. Instead, they gave me a different massage Therapist named Coco and she was amazing. I gave her a nice tip because she definitely deserved it, but I'm still very disappointed in the one they started me off with. I would come back only for Coco, but because of how unpleasant the initial experience for the 90 minute massage was, I'm not sure if I even want to risk going again read more

Very unprofessional. I called to make an appointment as I'm dealing with severe lower back pain. They gave me an appointment time of 7:30pm. I showed up at my appointment time only to be turned away because they told me that they overbooked. That is not my problem that is their problem and they were unable to accommodate me so I had to get in my car and drive back home, which is not that close of a drive. Very disappointing. Check your books and staffing levels before making appointments with people. I had to make adjustments in my schedule to be able to make the appointment time they gave me! read more

I visited this place two weeks ago, and while the lady who gave me the massage was friendly, I didn't find the experience very relaxing. When she asked if I wanted a head massage, I said yes, but it didn't feel soothing at all. My left ear started hurting afterward. I asked the receptionist if she could recommend something since I generally don't enjoy a hard massage. My back was sore from the rubbing too hard. I came in with my brother, who is also a massage therapist. I had a deep tissue massage with Sophie and it was amazing! She took her time to thoroughly address the tension in my shoulders and back. She also applied the perfect amount of pressure to my additional focus areas, which were my legs and feet. In my experience, massage therapists rarely devote attention to the muscles around the shin area. Sophie did so without me having to ask. Love that the masseuse always apply firm pressure and that they include got stones! I always recommend the middle one, or whatever is the one above the lowest level massage. I am not interested in getting a massage. I developed sciatica and my right leg and hip hurt to much to sleep. My chiropractor said to try deep tissue massage. I was skeptical but had to try anything. My friend recommended Lucky Massage. My masseuse was Coco I told the operator I wanted a 1 hour deep tissue massage. It was painful.just lay on my stomach so I told her to get it over with. I couldn't take anymore after 40 minutes and said stop. She didn't know why. I asked for water and struggled to sit up. She brought the water am I said go. She had me lay on my back which was very painful. I was ready to leave but she didn't the front of my thigh and painful. I knew I wasn't coming back. First time customer as I was passing through Chino Hills and decided to give this place a try after a friend recommended it. I normally go to a reflexology place in Eastvale for full body 60/90 min. This time though I had some knots in my neck and shoulders so felt 30min would do the trick. The lady up front was very polite and accommodating. Showed me the pricing which is very competitive and escorted me back to one of their private rooms. Ella was my masseuse and worked out all my knots. Very professional and made sure she asked if the pressure was ok. Once she noticed all my knots she continued to work them out. First towel massage, then hot oil, and ended with hot stones. 30 min felt like an hour and I must admit it was even better than a 60/90min full body at other places. Scheduled a same day massage with my fiancé. They were able to squeeze us in. My fiancé chose the Swedish Massage and I chose the Deep Tissue for all the knots my back has. We had separate rooms and our masseuses were very polite and professional. My masseuse made sure I was comfortable and the pressure was just right. She was able to get out all the knots I had in my upper back. The hot stone addition was the icing on the cake! I haven't felt this relaxed in awhile. The prices are very reasonable as well. I have gone several times now for 60 minute and 90-minute deep tissue massages. Such a great price point for the amount of time and quality. The space is nice and dark and the tables are separated by cloth curtains, so there is some decent noise overflow from space to space, but it hasn't been too distracting. They can go very strong for deep tissue, and when I've had particularly bad knots, they will use hot stones and hot bean bags. One time, a gua sha was used for some bad knots on my neck. They really know their stuff! They accept credit cards, but there is a $1 extra charge. And if you want to buy the 10 for 11 massages deal, it can only be purchased in cash only. read more

My back was red and welted, and I couldn't lean against the seat or sleep on my back for 4 days. I called and complained and was told she didn't speak English, she couldn't hear very well, and my bladder was blocked. I said I don't really care for your excuses, but when you open a business in America, she should at least know the words "that hurts", "please stop" and "that's enough". I got a call from someone I guess was the manager who offered me a makeup massage, tip included. Though skeptical, I agreed. Perhaps I just got the wrong person. It happens. Called a few days ago to schedule my massage and requested someone else. I was assured that woman didn't work here anymore. Well hopefully she's attending massage school before she hurts someone. Today was my "makeup massage" and I gotta say I'm equally as disappointed as I was the 1st time. I will admit it felt nice to be rubbed and if that's all you need and want, the price can't be beat. At one point, she got up close and personal with me, which can cause someone to get sued right quick. She said "oops" like it was a mistake, and ask me if it was OK. No it's not OK. My favorite place to get a massage in Chino/Chino Hills area. Always friendly and welcoming. I feel SO good every time I leave from here, my body is relaxed and the pressure/tension I hold within my body from a days work is released from such magical hands. My go to girl Linda no longer works here so I was a bit sad that I had to find a new "go-to". If you get massages on the daily then you know if you find a good one, you always keep going back. I lucked out and found not 1 but 2 terrific masseuses with Joy & Lucky. Joy was very thorough and applied just the right pressure to roll out some knots. Lucky hit some spots that relieved pain and just soothed it out with her smooth hands. Both have amazing technique & were so kind and asked me from time to time if I was ok. If your not a regular, do not go. If you ask them to do it harder or softer, prepare to be in pain for the next few days. I used to be a regular here and they generally did great. One day I got this new guy and he was terrible so I stood up and walked out. He literally just rubbed oil on me but didn't apply ant pressure. I told myself I would never return. I moved back to the area not too long ago. I decided to try the place one more time because my back was sore from work. Got a lady and asked her to concentrate on this spot on my lower back. She proceeded to not touch that spot once and pretty much dug her nails and knuckles into my upper back and shoulders. I had red scars for a few days. I was sore for 3 days straight. So after a long day of standing on my feet I was able to get a massage as with a walk in. I requested a male therapist for the extra pressure and I'm glad I asked as they got in deep and released my knots and still was able to make the massage relaxing as they melted away the tension that was building in my lower and mid back. When they started working on my feet I was a bit ticklish but the reflexology was the cherry on top. Walking out of the place I immediately almost wanted to go back for an extra 30 mins that's how good it was. The reflexology actually helped improve the circulation of my blood flow from head to toe. 2020 is just bringing the worse luck, this used to be my go to $25/hr massage chair spot. Ever since covid 19 they stopped the chair massage service. They push their returning clients to do the 1hr for $45 in private rooms which is fine. Until today, I came in requested a female therapist. She started applying pressure right away, never asked if it was good or too strong. I asked her to apply less pressure, only to have her go into a deep tissue style kind of massage. Anyways long story short, sis went on to hop on my back and started doing some funky thai/deep tissue/Kung fu movements.
