Not sure why people leave bad reviews of this place this is the best dentist I've been to. I have severe dental anxiety due to horrible previous experiences and they gave me something to ease that and honestly I've never been able to get numb at a dentist aside from this place . I've not been in pain one time being there and I am having a lot of teeth worked on. I can honestly say I'm not terrified to go into this place like I've been for anywhere else . Not sure why it seems to bother people that the staff have a good time at the place they work I honestly think that's wonderful. I like Dr Zack however Dr Mike seems to have little use for the Luxator and employs the Elevator in a non-judicial manner when he should be using forcepts, IMO. Thus he leaves surround bone tissue sticking out at all angels because of his pry-bar approach. He's certainly expediant however. read more

The office ladies were burping aloud while drinking energy drinks and laughing while telling stories of their weekend escapades. Zero professionalism from the front desk girls. All while I was trying to fill out new patient paperwork. I won't be returning. You get what you pay for I guess. read more

I've been going to Comfort Dental for many years and am extremely pleased. I, like many HATE going to the dentist and Comfort Dental makes it...well...OK! Dr. Patrick Hudson is kind, professional, and everyone there helps me feel at ease. They have done some really tricky stuff on this 62 year old mouth and it has NEVER been painful . They have fit me in quickly when I've had an emergency. I would highly recommend Comfort Dental ! read more

I'm new to the area & was planning on using this facility for my go-to for dental. I was also needing a retainer fixed that I accidentally stepped on & broke. Getting scheduled was easy & there was no wait time. The Dr. was super cool, but informed me he wasn't comfortable making the replacement ortho wire retainer & suggested I see an orthodontist instead. He was friendly & I appreciated his honesty. The appointment took not even 5 min. When I was getting the suggested ortho to visit, Emerson (a gal at the front) wanted to bill my insurance which I asked her for what? She said for the exam. I explained I did not have exam done. I showed the dentist my retainer & he said I'm sorry I can't help you & sent me on my way. She then suggested I pay $19 out of pocket for the exam fee. Again, I informed her I did not have an exam. If I'm gonna be charged an exam fee, I told her I would be happy to go back in the chair & get an actual exam done. She verified there was no time for me to do that so I told her I wasn't paying an exam fee when in-fact I did not get an exam. From the get go, Emerson was snarky & rude. When she didn't like that I asked her to not bill my insurance and requested she speak with the dr. about my situation, she got even snippier. I wasn't being rude, simply questioning why my insurance would be billed or why I would have to pay out of pocket for a service that was not provided to me. Emerson made it easy for me to decide that I will not be returning there for my dental needs. Comfort Dental, please provide adequate customer service training for your staff. The way in which an employee conducts themselves when faced with a conflict is unfortunately a reflection of your business. read more

I am very disappointed with my experience at Comfort Dental. I needed my front tooth worked on and a lot went wrong, unnecessarily. I had an entire plan worked out to get my smile back, and this was just the beginning. I had to return 4 separate times over a period of 60 days because of issues with the temporary falling out and the permanent crown being made by their lab coming back wrong. I understand color matching can be tricky and we had a few problems that we worked through, but the disorganization and rudeness from some of the office staff made my experience a bad one. The dentists themselves do good work, but the inconsistency and unreliability in customer service prevents me from giving them a higher review. I will not be going back to Comfort Dental, and I will tell my friends to only go here if they absolutely have to with an abundance of patience. I want to thank Dr. Mike for his professionalism in speaking with me, and helping me through what was a very challenging experience. The office staff really needs work. If they cannot be courteous and professional to people in need of help and often experiencing significant pain, they certainly should not be representing this business. read more

So I have anxiety going to dentist and doctors offices. And I do often cry when my anxiety is acting up and while I was waiting for the dentist, he comes to me kind a nudges my shoulder cause I was looking at my phone waiting for him and he goes. "Are you crying because you don't wanna be here are you crying because you're in pain?" to me that is extremely rude cause if I didn't want to be there, I wouldn't of been there!! read more

I have always been scared of the dentist, so my teeth were in pretty bad shape. Comfort Dental has changed my whole idea about dental work. They are so friendly, they work around your schedule. They remember your name when you come in, they are all so friendly and compassionate. I have seen Dr. Patrick Hudson, several times over the last couple months, ever visit was amazing. They go above and beyond, my teeth are finally in very good shape again. Something i thought I would ever say again, and I am proud to smile now without my mouth closed. I was treated with kindness and respect from the moment I walked through the door. They could have charged me thousands of dollars. I had already gone to a different dentist and was given a list of work that all needed to be done. When Dr. Hudson told me that aside from a 10-minute procedure, everything else was all unnecessary, imagine how happy it made me.... and my pocket! read more

I had Dr. Patrick do a molar crown and it was literally as good as it gets. Excellent, pain-free technique with the numbing needle, zero pain during the procedure and the next morning I could barely tell it has been done. The molar had multiple large & deep fillings, too. Both he and the assistant were informative and caring, I'm really happy with the whole experience. read more

Worst teeth cleaning of my entire life! First the dentist cleaned with a water pic doing a rush rush job and scraped maybe 5 teeth. All that after fidgeting with malfunctioning equipment for five minutes. Then the dental assistant proceeded to polish and floss me( if that's what you want to call it!) They don't use dental hygienists here, this girl could pass for 16 and you could tell she wasn't completely sure what she was doing. She also fidgeted with the equipment for 5 minutes trying to get it to work. Then she polished my teeth all while spraying my entire face with that same polish. She didn't know how to turn the suction tube properly so it was constantly sticking to my cheek and I had to move my spit to the left side of my mouth to get it sucked out. She did not floss under my retainer either. I was there for an hour and a half with X-rays and cleaning. I feel like I need to go to a real office to get my teeth re-cleaned or at least to reclaim some dignity. I only went here because it was the top of the list my insurance provided, find somewhere else if you can. read more

My rating is not based on their care but rather on their scheduling and practices. First scheduling. I've had three appointments first was right on time. Second and third I arrive just before my scheduled time and check in. The first time I'm told that I'm an hour too early. Umm no, you gave me this appointment time. The second time I was told I'm two hours early. I believe they overbook and cannot manage their scheduling very well Second has to do with having no health insurance vs. having insurance. What brought me here initially was their sign. X-rays and check up for $19.99 At the end of the visit I was charged $45. Umm. I'm confused and point out their sign. They said $19.99 is for those that don't have insurance. WHAT?? I paid twice as much because I have insurance? Yes was the reply. I quipped that I could have lied and would have got the cheaper price. My advice, if you come to Comfort Dental and have insurance, LIE say you don't. Is that right? No, but neither is charging more because I have insurance. read more

I would recommend not to go here, I believe they are a bad dentist office. During my cleaning the x ray machine wasn't working properly and they kept accidentally poking me with a tool that I don't know the name of but it was sharp I think . So in my opinion find a different dentist office to go to. read more

Extremely pleased! I have had the same dentist for the first 40 years of my life and I had not established with a local dentist now that we have moved to Kalispell. I broke a crown this week and was extremely apprehensive about seeing someone new but I knew I had no choice. I was able to get an appointment very quickly and the procedure was done so smoothly that I did not need so much as an Ibuprofen after the anesthetic wore off. The prices were very reasonable and I appreciated their honesty in not trying to get me to commit to unnecessary procedures that would be more expensive. Very satisfied and I plan to return for my routine dental care in the future. read more

The dentists seemed ok although there is no follow up care, I got dry socket (wasn't an issue with any of my wisdom teeth 3 yrs. prior), and the hygienist contaminated her own sterile field. Once dry socket was diagnosed, the dentist asked me to come back in the next day to re-pack it and he would repack it between patients. Came in the next day and sat in the waiting room for 3 hours for them to work me in until the front office staff finally said THAT doctor wasn't in today and they wouldn't be able to get me in but I could come back tomorrow and they would try and work me in or I could make an appointment...for 2 weeks out. That being said the front office was a train wreck in general. It's uncomfortable listening to the mean gossipy things they say. They mishandled my insurance/ quote and it cost significantly more than discussed. 3 calls for the dentist(s) to resolve the dry socket issue and never returned. Oh, and they charge $25 to transfer your records anywhere else. read more
