Dr. Reed and his whole staff are such kind and compassionate people. During the procedure, Dr. Reed was very kind and friendly. He made sure I was completely out of pain before beginning the procedure, and it was the fastest root canal I've ever had - he was finished in an hour and a half. No second appt to "finish up" like I've had in the past, where I had to go through the whole process of getting "numbed up," etc. Additionally, while I was undergoing the root canal, he and the assistant Bailey, who was new, talked about how great the other doctors were. Not in a cheesy, "we're trying to impress the new patient" kind of way, but in a sincere attitude of mutual respect. How refreshing in this cynical world! Bailey was very sweet and friendly, as was Jerilee, the receptionist. I highly recommend this office if you ever need an endodontist.

Dr. Mosely lacks vital creativity. I was referred to her to get 2 root canals on my left side (1…read moremolar and 1 premolar). I couldn't chew on the right side of my mouth for additional reasons. We conversed about how I couldn't chew on the right side of my mouth. But despite having this pertinent information, she put a temporary filling (a soft material) inside both root canals on my left side. Before leaving her office, she said to only chew soft foods on that side (remember - it was the only side I could chew on). I followed her orders. On the molar, the temp filling hollowed out within two weeks, forming an extremely large crater in the tooth. I called her office and the secretary assured me it was normal. About a week or two after that phone call, I was eating and felt and heard a large crunch. The molar had cracked and tooth chunks fell out! Out of necessity I had chewed on the left side, and because of Dr. Mosely's use of a temp filling and not a stronger material, now I have a broken molar on top of the root canal! I have experience with a root canal being filled with a much stronger material that lasted 2+ years. I would rate 5/5 stars to her office's cleanliness, friendliness, and promptness. But because thinking about the patient's individual case and customizing actions accordingly is so important, I give Dr. Mosely 1 star.

My anxiety didn't just decrease--it packed its bags and left the state. So I made an appointment because my smile was bothering me because I chipped my front tooth eating sunflower seeds. Tip it keeps you from drowsy driving!! Anyway my teeth are really stained and I have a short crown in the front too. Came in and had my consultation. First they did a cleaning and did full set of X-rays. My smile makeover was in full swing. First appointment to prep, and put on my temporary was long but they do let you have gas. It helps the time go by. I just wasn't expecting my temporary to be one piece for multiple teeth. Oh well it even looked better than my previous teeth. But it took 4 weeks to get my crowns and veneers. Once my new teeth were ready I booked my final appointment. I was nervous because I didn't want it to look like someone else's teeth or chiclets. I really love my results. Look like my teeth just all one color and correct length. I couldn't be happier. Dr Clark and all of his staff are amazing. Made me feel totally comfortable because I'm a chicken when it comes to the dentist. Thank you to the whole staff!!
