I am so pissed off at this place. I made an appointment about 2 weeks ago and specifically requested they verify my insurance covers this visit. They sent me new patient forms and appointment reminders with no mention about my insurance. I assumed my insurance covered the visit since they didn't contact me letting me know it didn't. So I got up at 3 and couldn't get back to sleep for fear of missing my 8:00 appointment. I cancelled a client for this appointment. My whole day revolved around this appointment. This place is 15 minutes each way. I took a shower, got dressed and put my make up on. When I arrived this young girl greeted me in the lobby telling me my insurance doesn't cover the visit. I said "you didn't verify it when I made the appointment and you couldn't call me saving me a trip". She said "we've been closed for 4 days". Are you kidding me, they were supposed to verify my insurance when I made the appointment and she was clearly aware my insurance didn't cover it before I got there and could have called. I'm so sick of these young incompetent morons. I get it's really hard getting good help but this is unforgivable. You SUCK. I highly recommend NOT going to this vile business. I can't thank Dr. Loung enough! I've been seeing him for a year and a half and I was so pleasantly surprised when I first met him. He has a good bedside manner. He makes you as comfortable as possible and is very patient during his work if you a need break from the drilling or work you simple have to gesture your hand then say so & they give you the time you need. Always.. I have a very sad history of rotten dentists at other comfort dental locations. (Dental tools lying on the floor, and seemingly having to go back to fix the same teeth problems repeatedly.... Can anyone say money milking? Asking me, the patient to unscrew the massive tank of nitrous oxide AND connect the valve... idk what I'm doing! Which led to me gashing my hand and bleeding. Do not go the one on south college. It's a bad idea. They didn't even give me bandage or tissue after I was bleeding by doing their work! But, not here. I was recommended by a family member and I'm genuinely happy with my dental care. He sets a plan with you. He is delicate when working but gets the job done. He has been an excellent doctor to me. Following up with me about my procedures to make sure I'm okay. Sending in my prescription antibiotics quickly if we agree I need some after major work. He has been nothing but kind to me and I highly recommend not only Dr. Loung but the entire office staff as well. They also go out of their way to make you feel like your appointment is on track and ready and they do it with a smile without acting dour, and taciturn like other Comfort Dental locations. & that's gonna make you leave w a bad experience. Worries some people. (Myself included) so it was refreshing my first visit and their professionalism and friendly nature makes the experience easier. If I'm ever confused (I sadly have needed a lot of work) on what the goal is for the procedure the steps the doctor wants to do they lay it out easily both verbally and with a printed copy. They accept Medicaid too if you're worried about that. I just got some new crowns seated for some very unhealthy teeth and they look EXCELLENT! 5 out of 5 for this location. If you have questions don't be afraid to ask him. He explains everything smoothly & easily to keep open understanding while showing you your X-rays etc etc. for visuals. Best dentist I've EVER had and I've had many. This all sounds hyperbolic but I'm truly just that happy with my results going here. Such a professional place. read more

Gregory Winslow placed a snap in denture procedure on me. The entire procedure was a nightmare. Two oral surgeons verified it was done improperly. Dr Winslow will not contact me. As a professional the least you could do is return all money paid to you by myself and insurance. If you cared about your patients , You also would pay the $13,000 to remove your faulty procedure. When I smile there is a absence of space between the implants, (picture attached) A quarter inch is not sufficient for an upper and lower denture. You have abandoned me, Left me without teeth. As a disabled RT I am incapable of financing the removal and reconstruction of your incorrectly placed procedure. Where are your medical ethics and moral values? read more

Find another dental office! The "doctor" there seem to wanted to either pull a tooth or crown it. The one that I did let them crown they didn't fit it right, leaving a gap between the crown and gum, and now food is always getting stuck in it and I can't remove it with dental floss. When I question the "doctor" about it, he said that the usual way he does it? My new dentist said that is not the way he would have done it and suggested that I have the crown replaced, which I can ill-afford. They also billed my insurance for pulling two teeth and when my new dentist told me that the two teeth were still intact. These guys are rip-offs! This dental practice used to be fantastic. The two main doctors left/retired and everything went down hill from there. One of the dental assistants (after the doctor did his work) spent more time chatting with one of the other assistants and screwed up my dental impressions. The dental appliance I received cut into my gums and still doesn't fit properly. I had to go back and have someone competent do the impressions. The left dental paste all over my beard and left me sitting. Eventually, another assistant felt sorry for me and cleaned me up. One doctor refused to give me antibiotics and an antiseptic oral rinse after a pulled tooth. Teeth ended up getting infected and had to have more teeth pulled. When Drs. Bourne & Tanner were there, they were excellent. My GP referred me to another dentist. read more

I would feel comfortable recommending Dr Winslow to anyone . I went to him for a second opinion regarding an implant procedure. I had gone to a well known periodontist who specializes In implants and I was heartbroken when I was told that I wasn't a good candidate for an implant and the implant would fail on me . Dr Winslow took the time to research my case and said it would be tough, but he would be able to do it . It's been two years and the implant is doing great . During the removal of my old crow they broke the tooth underneath. So I ended up with an extraction. They charged me $430 for the extraction above what insurance paid. Hello, I have been all over the place with dental offices due to my root canal that wasnt properly done here. Around 8 years ago I had a root canal done on my molar, it was only fixed with temporary filling because all the work done used up the money I had with my insurance, everything seemed to be fine, but then this last year in January of 2021 I had the crown placed, they had said they cleaned all the decay out and everything was okay. This March 2022 I had problems with it, it felt infected to me, I couldn't eat anything with it, It was loose, so I went in to get it checked with that same dentist that palced the crown. They did X-Rays and found an abscess in the root, the dentist that spoke to me about this infection had said they must have missed it in the root canal done by another dentist 8 years ago. As we spoke he said in the time he placed the crown on he saw it in the X-Rays but didn't think it would be a problem. I had paid $500 out of pocket for this visit, and yet since they neglected the abscess that was apparent in the X-Ray, I have to deal with the issue of this infection in my tooth and possibly infect my jaw, my body, I was referred to another office and have been told I need to wait for an available date, I have been referred to many dentists with this tooth and have been told all sorts of things different from each other. The most recent dentist I had went to told me the abscess was in my bone not my root, and who ever did this root canal filled the area of the crown with resin to attach to the little bit of tooth I had left, the resin was to fill in what was missing so the crown could attach to something, which led to him saying the crown was just going to keep falling off and I need to get the tooth removed. I am very displeased that I have an infection in the bone and wasnt told I just needed the tooth pulled then and now I have to deal with these issues when I wasnt told and they just covered up things, I feel I am put at the bottom of the list because no one is giving me answers. Even more that I had paid $500 for a crown in a ziploc bag in trust that they were going to take care of what I needed done, because as a patient we don't see what they can see and the work they are doing, we don't know what is exactly being done, we are just told what was the issue and how it was addressed but yet I went back and was told I need to pay even more for it to be fixed, pay again for their mistake, their neglect. I would love to give this place a giant ZERO! Dr Diemer is a real jerk of a guy. He really showed it today. My daughter has seen an ortho before and they had to relocate so we were referred here. She's got tmj and we were told by SEVERAL dentists and her previous ortho that braces will not help it. So we opted to do bumpers. The guy has pushed braces from day one! Every time we've come in he's pushed them. Today he asked again and this time, being fed up I sternly said no so he threw a toddler fit and ripped out my daughters bumpers leaving tons of glue all over her teeth. She was supposed to have them on for 6 months and it's only been about 4-5. I had to pay cash for them because they refused to run my insurance but you better believe they ran my insurance for braces even though I said NO. So not only did he not hold up the contract of 6 months, he was a real asshole because he didn't get to make his money on unnecessary braces. Do NOT go to this place! It's a money mill where they sell you braces you don't need and when you say NO they get an attitude. What a joke DR diemer is a money hungry prick too. To further mention, the woman getting work done next to us was screaming in agony because they aren't gentle at all. So go back with your kids because they do not care about comfort. I am definitely a fan of Comfort Dental, the medical staff such as the oral hygienist, and dentist are wonderful especially with children. I took my son there and they even have a treasure chest for the kids after their visit. The front office staff however are INCREDIBLY rude, and the atmosphere is very unwelcoming in the front. The women I spoke with today initially told me that my son didn't even have an appointment and that they didn't have his insurance information, both if which were 100% false. She had a hard time answering my questions and was extremely unprofessional and seemed very inexperienced in simply checking in a patient. The atmosphere in the back (where you are seen as a patient) is AWESOME, I truly can not praise their medical staff enough, my son had a really good and stress-free experience. I'll try to keep this brief. Dr. Diemer if you're reading this it might be time to consider some office staff changes. I have been in contact with this office since January 5th, 2021. Todays date is March 4th, 2021. I have simply been trying to get Invisalign. After MULTIPLE phone calls with the front office (usually Rita), and being promised that Jaqueline (the person who was supposed to be coordinating with my insurance) was going to call me back, I received no call backs. I can only assume your office is in complete disarray. I have had a coworker and a friend who went through their dentists office and have started their Invisalign in the time it has taken your office to NOT even get me in for a consultation!? This is unacceptable on any level. What's even more aggravating is that after 4 phone calls today (one of which Rita had told me it would be ok for me to bring in the paperwork I had received from my insurance), I had come to drop it off and I followed the COVID protocols and called to come in. I FINALLY spoke with Jaqueline who told me to come in. Upon entering the office I got to over hear both Rita and Jaqueline have a conversation about how Rita said she never told me I could bring my paperwork in and her tone was that it was exhausting that I had called 4 times today. I'm sorry, but it shouldn't take 2 months for my insurance to be evaluated and to have gotten a consultation appointment. Stay away from this place, they take forever to call you back if you have your appointment at 10 they will call you a hour later to go pay then wait another 30 minutes to call you back, but yeah you will have to pay if you don't show up on time and what about us we should get paid to wait for this lazy staff. This Dental Group are AWESOME!! We had looked at several places and choose Comfort of Loveland. We had had a bad experience with Comfort Dental Greeley and were a bit hesitant to use another one. Everyone at this office has made our daughter's braces experience great. She just got them off yesterday and she was ahead of time. They are caring and will answer any questions or concerns that you may have. My husband has had them do crowns and partials plus our son's dental work on his gum disease and everything is now great! We will gladly make the 50 mile, one way, drive from Fort Lupton to go to this office!!! Call them I doubt you will regreat it!! read more

Never going back... Only reason there's a star is because I had too. Went back in March with minor pain. Needed 2 fillings and a deep cleaning. Got the 2 fillings done, went 2 weeks later to get the first part of the deep clean at this time I told Dr. Bishop I was still having pain in one of the teeth he had done the fillings on. Looked at the filling said it's fine use sensodyne. Went back another 2 weeks later for the 2nd half of the deep clean, still having pain in the tooth. He x-rated the tooth and once again said it's fine. Obviously it wasn't fine still having pain a full month after the filling... Finally had time to go back (in 10 x's the pain) to tell him there is a problem and he proceeded to tell me it was my fault the tooth hurts 3 times in 10 minutes. Left in tears. Got an appointment with another dentist. She checked the tooth and told me that is was Bishops fault because he was too lazy to check my bite, and due to his lazy work ethic the inside of my tooth was bruised because he left too much filling material on the tooth and he should have done something both times I brought it up to him during the deep cleanings. PURE LAZINESS. I wouldn't recomend this place to my worst enemy. read more

THE SINGLE WORST DENTAL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! I was referred to comfort dental by my insurance so I thought they would be reputable, however, they were not. My appointment was at 1:30 and I was not seen until ten to three. There was a long row of chairs and it seemed as if the doctor was just going from patient to patient. There was so personality or charm to the experience. Dr. Bishop, who seemed distracted, looked in my mouth for about three minutes and discussed that I had three impacted wisdom teeth and all three of them needed to be extracted. Assuming his honesty and knowledge of his practice I did not question his authority on knowing what was best for my dental health and agreed to only have the three taken out. I made an appointment for the extractions for the next week. I was told to be dropped off at the office because I would not be able to drive myself home so my partner took me there. When he dropped me off and asked what time to expect to pick me back up, they replied "around 3:30" so he left. I was given nitrous to take the edge off the pain of the procedure, because they do not sedate people and Dr. Bishop injected the anesthesia and everything went well until he got to the third wisdom tooth located on the bottom right side of my jaw. When he went to pull up the gum, I still had feeling and he proceeded to give me another round of anesthesia into my gum/jaw line. This was extremely painful and I was trying not to cry the entire time, and at this point his assistant asked him if he thought he was going to need a specific drill and his response was "I hope not." This specific drill, the assistant informed, was not hooked up or set up because he had not anticipated needing to use it. This just shows me that he was not at all prepared for my surgery and in fact had not looked at my chart before pulling it up when he stepped into my chair area. How is that being a responsible care provider, especially when he had over a week to prepare for this procedure? It took Dr. Bishop about 20 minutes and the use of that drill that he had not been prepared to use, to remove the third wisdom tooth. At the end of the procedure he left my space and moved on to the lady in the booth next to mine and the assistant gave me my take home instructions, two gauze pads, and a prescription for a mild pain killer. THAT WAS ALL. Dr. Bishop never prescribed me an antibiotic or an antiseptic mouthwash, that I learned later that could have saved me a lot of pain and suffering. This operation happened on Friday the 29th of September. On Sunday the 1st of October I called Comfort Dental over and over trying to reach someone because my face had swelled up to the size of a large melon and I had a high fever and was vomiting. Finally after a few hours I received a call back from an after hours phone operator from Comfort Dental who said she had tried to reach Dr. Bishop but he was not answering his phone but she got in touch with Dr. Tanner and he would write me a prescription for an antibiotic but it was Sunday so there wasn't many pharmacies open. I asked her if I should just go to the hospital and her response was, yes. I ended up in the emergency room and they gave me IV antibiotics, fluids, a steroid for the swelling, and a CAT scan of my jaw to check for infection. They diagnosed me with cellulitis and a massive infection (thank god not an abscess) in my face and that this could have all been avoided HAD DR. BISHOP JUST PRESCRIBED AN ANTIBIOTIC FROM THE BEGINNING! The oral surgeon on call at MCR was appalled at Dr. Bishop's lack of professionalism and carelessness of his patients well being. In addition to the botched experience with the removal of this third wisdom tooth, upon review of the CAT scan, the MCR oral surgeon was confused why Dr. Bishop would suggest that I did not need that fourth wisdom tooth removed, when it clearly shows that it is still impacted and most definitely needs to be removed. DO NOT GO TO COMFORT DENTAL. read more

Ripoff! I scheduled a dental cleaning here for the first time and last time on 6/2017. The Dentist (Mr. Tannor), was cleaning other patient's teeth at the time of my appointment. He left the patient he was serving temporarily to see me and took 10-15 minutes to take the superficial tartar from my teeth with the metal pick and he was done! I was in shock when he said that my cleaning was done and that his assistant would polish and floss my teeth. I couldn't believe it. On my way out I was charged $40 (new patient special) for an 'adult prophilaxis'. I have been going to the dentist since I was 8 years old! and have dental cleanings 1-2 a year. As an adult, I know what a real dental cleaning is; that is, using that water pick, and the normal metal pick to also manually remove tartar at the end of the session, flossing, polishing. This dental practitioner has no ethic. After expressing my dissatisfaction, I paid and took of as fast as possible not to ever come back. And this man wanted me to make another appointment to have 'fillings replaced'! What a hard face! I wouldn't hire him for nothing! read more

The orthodontist was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Good luck getting though to the office staff. Left over 5 messages to schedule a consultation and even went to the office to schedule. No one would return my call to schedule the appt. We did the consultation and now I have left several message to inquire on insurance coverage and schedule the appt. Was told it would take 4-6 weeks. It has been over that. Even if the orthodontist was great my time is much more valuable than this horrifically poor customer service. Would not recommend them and I will not go back. read more
